Paula’s house was exactly what we needed for a weekend of NASCAR races at Texas Motor Speedway. It was 15 minutes from the track, surrounded by awesome restaurants, and super peaceful.

Beautiful top-floor apartment with big windows. Walkable to the convention center and several nearby restaurants. It does get a little loud at night with music from nearby Sundance Plaza and the air conditioning unit in the apartment. Earplugs are provided, but we honestly just turned off the AC at night because it made such a racket and turned on every 30min. There are fans in each roomehich we used instead. The elevator always stops at the 2nd floor for some reason but as long as you push the floor again, it'll take you there after the brief pit stop. There was a leak outside the apartment door from the thunderstorms but the hosts were prompt at addressing it. Overall a pretty and large space.

Huge apartment complex near the freeway next to storage units and office complex. close enough to chain restaurants and other basic amenities, but a bit of a drive to Stockyards and downtown. The foldout couch/bed is small and comparable to sleeping on the converted table in an RV. Definitely not comfortable for a large adult . We did not have time to use the community pool or clubhouse, but I looked nice. Overall, I would pick this place again over a chain hotel but it's pretty basic and similar experience.

Great host we had a delay getting into Dfw they responded to help with a question I had at 9pm picked up on the first ring. Very great host. Would definitely book again.

All great - only recommendation would be a king sized bed - but good host and enjoyed the stay

I thought this was a great place to stay with a responsive host. It wasn't until I received check out instructions that it finally clicked I wasn't having a personal experience with the host. While that experience colored the end of my stay in a way I didn't like, it didn't alter the fact that this place met my needs well.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The space is peaceful, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully arranged—it truly felt like a little paradise once I stepped inside. I appreciated how relaxing and comfortable everything was. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches that made settling in so much easier. There were pantry staples, a few snacks in the fridge, bottled water, and a generous supply of paper towels and toilet paper. As a guest coming in tired and not wanting to immediately head out, having those things available gave me a moment to get my bearings and ease into the stay. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. I truly appreciated the care that went into preparing the space and would absolutely recommend it to others.

Just as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, spacious. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space with views of beautiful horses. Exactly what we were looking for! We would love to visit again.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sindy’s place during a girls’ getaway, and everything about it exceeded our expectations. The home was beautifully decorated, with a spacious kitchen that was perfect for preparing meals together, and the beds were incredibly comfortable — we all slept so well! One of our favorite moments was enjoying a quiet morning coffee out in the backyard. It was such a peaceful and calming way to start the day, surrounded by nature and fresh air. Sindy was an exceptional host. Communication with her was smooth and prompt — she always responded quickly and kindly, which made us feel truly welcomed and well taken care of. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to return in the future. Thank you, Sindy, for such a memorable and relaxing stay!

The house is a great place to stay. Very large home bought bathrooms are over the top. Loved this house.

house has easy access to highway. Great location for our family in Trophy Club. 4 bedrooms accommodated our family. Well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook (but we didn't). Impressive full set of Kitchen Aid appliances. Plenty of linens. Beds are comfortable.
