Apple is an absolute pro! She picked us up and we went to the local wholesale market to get our ingredients. We learned so much and what an experience going through the wholesale market and Apple explaining the ins and outs of Thai cooking, ingredients and culture.

Then we got to her kitchen and we cooked away. Apple made it very fun and she was extremely organized. She knows how to run a kitchen yall! We made 2curry dishes, fried chicken basil stir-fry, tom yum kum, Penang, a bunch of spring rolls, and a double helping of mango sticky rice! Booyaw!!

Apple is super knowledgeable and she talks about why some ingredients get put in at the times they do, why the heat level needs to be shifted from low to high to medium at different times. We get to prep our food so we know what the portions are, we cook it all, and then we get to eat it all.

This class was so awesome!! Apple was great, the food was great, even Apples mom was great! You won’t be disappointed! This is a must do! :)

We had a wonderful time with Apple. It ended up being just me and my partner for the class. We really enjoyed going through the market with Apple where we learned a lot about the local foods. She made cooking very easy and fun! Her kitchen is well set up for the class and make sure you don’t eat before because you make a lot of food during the class that you get to eat. She does have to go containers if you need it. Apple was so sweet, fun and knew a lot about cooking and Thai food. Very recommended for a cooking class!

Apple showed me an amazing time! She picked me up from my hotel, and we went grocery shopping before heading back to a beautiful, open kitchen with great equipment and a nice stove. All the food we cooked together was absolutely delicious. She even dropped me off at the airport afterward! Highly recommend—so accommodating and thoughtful!

The most fun I had in Chiang Mai! Apple is awesome and is so passionate about her work. We enjoyed a traditional, local market to start and grinding the curry paste with the mortar & pestle was a special touch. Had many laughs. A must try!
