Hi! We go sailing every day in the morning and in the afternoon along the coast of Barcelona. We start from the Olympic Port. We see the city from another point of view while sailing, only with the wind! Bievenue sur mon voilier. Asseyez-vous, détendez vous, et profitez de l'incroyable vue de Barcelone, depuis la mer. Je vous apprendrai les bases de la navigation à voile afin que vous soyez à l'aise à bord. Il ne vous reste plus qu'à vous reposer, boire un coup, goûter à nos snacks catalans, profiter de l'air marin et vous baigner en pleine mer, dans les eaux claires de la Méditerranée. Si vous êtes assez attentifs, vous aurez peut être la chance d'observer quelques dophins. Mon voilier mesure 14 mètres et se situe au Port Olimpic, très facile d'accès. Je souhaite donner à tout le monde la chance de partager de bons moments entres amis, afin de rendre votre journée et surtout vos vacances à Barcelone inoubliables. Cet été, mon ami Max va m'aider. C'est un jeune garçon avec beaucoup d'expérience dans la navigation. Les enfants avec leurs familles sont les bienvenues. Nous allons hisser les voiles et éteindre le moteur. Le vent est maintenant notre moteur et nous couperons les voiles par rapport à l'angle de vent actuel. Nous naviguerons sur la côte de Barcelone du nord au sud. À un moment donné, nous nous arrêterons pour sauter dans l'eau depuis le voilier et nous nous rafraîchirons de la mer Méditerranée bleue. Il est peut-être temps de se détendre avec un verre de vin ou une bière fraîche accompagnée de quelques en-cas... un peu de bonne musique pour rendre l'expérience unique et spéciale. In this amazing day we´ll go for a quick but rewarding tour around Boquerías´s Market, followed by a warm an relaxed Paella lunch in a lovely apartment just 5 minutes walking away! I will show you where I buy all the fresh ingredients for the Paella, and we will walk through the fabulous market, my favorite place in Barcelona, so that you can see in detail how one of the most iconic markets in Europe lives. From there we will go to my house, where we will have appetizers, I´ll teach you how to prepare the Spanish "bread with tomato", we will make sangria together, and the delicious Catalan cream for dessert, while we wait for the Paella :). All this in a beautiful living room with balconies to the Ramblas, with soft drinks, beer and good wines, it´ll be a day that you will enjoy a lot! Come and breathe and move together to start our day with the sun on our back, the wind in our hair and the sound of the ocean supporting us! 75 minute offering made up of a combination of sun salutations, asana, chanting, meditation, conscious movement & breath by the sea. After practice there will be the option to do breathing exercises together in the cold sea water aka jumping in the sea! And then you are welcome to enjoy a coffee and the best croissants in the world (!) at our wonderful local café a few hundred meters away in the park - a jewel in itself! Most of the people attending the experience live in BCN and are from all over the world! See you on the pier with the birds, the wild cats, the rising sun, the waves and the fresh sea breeze awakening our senses! The more wildness we expose ourselves to, the more wildness we discover in ourselves! Other things to note I will try be there 5 minutes before the start and will bring a mat for you and your friends as I'm sure you don't have your own with you on your travels - please let me know! There are outside showers close by which are perfect after a jump in the sea! So if you want to do any of these bring a towel and a change of clothes! Often we will go for coffee together!
