Charming house with enough room for our family of six with room to spare. Fenced yard for the dogs. Hot tub was great. Walked to lake to see beautiful sunsets. We decided to drive but town can be walked to also. John was very accommodating when we had to switch our house from another area the DAY BEFORE to John's house. We would come back.

We were in town for our grandson's graduation from Grand Valley State. Everything was close by, and we didn't have any problems getting around. It was a lovely, renovated older home, and everything was top of the line. Beds were very comfortable, and linens were wonderful. We will definitely recommend John's place to family and friends that will be visiting the Grand Rapids area.

My family with a newborn, 2 year old, and 8 year old, made a last minute booking with Nancy and she still went out of her way to make our stay special. The place was clean and smell free. All of the tools needed to cook were present. We had enough towels and linen and extras if needed. We made use of the washer and drier and had no issues. Although we visited in the winter, I can see why Nancy's place is a desirable location for summer visitors. We loved having a Family Fare across the street and a Walmart and a local butcher within a 3 minute drive. We also loved the public playground at the school 5 minutes away and hiking at Marl lake trail 20 minutes away. If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely stay with Nancy again! Thank you for everything!!

Erin’s place was beautiful. The water was so clear! Beds were super comfortable, and area was nice and quiet.

Cannot say enough how much we loved this home. Most AirBnBs stock their house with the cheapest stuff you could find. It's all surface level and fake. This house felt like coming home, and we just slipped comfortably into staying there. It was AMAZING for our kids. Lots of toys, a bunk bed, sound machine, crib, playground, so much. And a park a quick walk away through a quiet neighborhood. Probably the most we've enjoyed an AirBnB. Just cannot say enough good about it. Had everything we needed to cook meals. Just so good.

Paul was great. Responsive and helpful. Had a couple of questions about how things worked while we were there and he responded within minutes. Solid sleeping for 10 without pullouts.

Fabulous girls getaway weekend! This place was AMAZING. Spacious layout and beautifully decorated. Walkable to downtown South Haven. The 3.5 bathrooms was a nice perk for 9 women. We loved the kitchen island for socializing and stocked cupboards, as well as the long dining table for board games. The TV was great in the living room for movie night. A huge bonus was the hot tub - we went in it every night. Long driveways fit all of our cars. Tom was quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend if you are on the fence to just go ahead and book this place, you will have the best time!

Upon arrival, there was some kind of misunderstanding with the cleaning people and it looked like our unit was not cleaned prior to arriving. We arrived pretty late but Michael responded very fast to my message and was able to get this taken care of right away for us. He was very accommodating and helpful. He sent multiple messages prior to the arrival date with helpful instructions on entering the unit and parking. The space itself was great and perfect for two people. Walking distance from the little downtown area and the river. We enjoyed our time in South Haven and would stay here again if we ever visited again!

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Ronda's place! The bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and the bathtub was a delight to use. It was a perfect space for a little weekend getaway; many restaurants and beach access within easy driving distance. There is not a ton of natural lighting, unless you leave the french door curtains open. I found having to compromise privacy for natural light to be a little disappointing, but I had a wonderful time. I would stay here again!

Andy's place was amazing and comfortable! This was probably our favorite stay on Airbnb! It was exceedingly clean, and it had everything we needed! Andrew was extremely friendly and WE WILL BE BACK! Look no further- it was super close to Bear Lake and a short drive to Crystal Mountain. I cant say enough about the cleanliness and hospitality! A+!!!! Thanks for everything, Andrew!

Justine was so responsive from the moment I booked until the day we checked in. Whenever she responded to a question, you could almost “hear the smile on her face” - she was very kind. We would definitely recommend working with Justine as well as staying in the Family Flat location. It was beautiful, comfortable, clean, homey, and in an amazing location.

Nice condo in heart of Douglas. Would be great place during the "on season". I was there due to a power failure and its the off season so there's not many people around. Very clean place, newer appliances and great internet. Would rent again.

Lisa’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway. My wife and I would definitely rebook this place for a future visit. The skybridge to the brewery and other shops was a nice touch and allowed us to get to the Main Street in town with ease.

Very clean, super beautiful spot. The whole city is walkable and as pet friendly as Brenden's place. Though, Brenden set a new standard for me when it comes to communication and customer service. There was a freak gas outage for over 5500 homes and businesses this weekend. And, even though this was something that was completely out of their control, we were met with empathy and compassion. Knowing we were there for a wedding we were generously offered to shower at Brenden 's home.. And, even though it wasn't expected and they certainly didn't have to, Brenden refunded us some money for the inconvenience. To me, it says a lot about a person to do the right thing even when they don't have to. Long story, short...this is an amazing place to book with incredible customer service!

The 2 condos were exactly what we were looking for and needed for this business trip. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and so close to the lake. If We’re in the area again, I would definitely stay there again !
