Are you ready for the adventure? Starting at Central Market, where we will try a typical snack, we are going to conquer one of the most beautiful castles in Spain in front of the sea which has more than 1000 years of history. We will descend to the historic center enjoying the most important monuments and discovering the seven secrets. Let us surprise you with the beauty of my hometown and with countless anecdotes, history, legends and intrigue. Finally we will visit a terrace in a bar run by my childhood friend, located in a historic location, and you will be able to taste my favourite typical snacks as well as a typical Spanish drink! WHAT'S INCLUDED: 1 bottle of water, typical snack at Central Market , shuttle bus transfer to the top of the castle (5 min trip), guided tour and free entrances to all the monuments/museums that we are going to visit, and special snack and one drink (alcoholic or not) at one of the best locations in Alicante. Other things to note We will walk approximately 2 kilometers and there are some stairs. Morning bookings, starting until 14:30, we will taste the central market´s snacks inside of the market. Une journée complète d'aventures qui commence par la cascade "Bridal Veil" de 60 mètres de hauteur où, les jours les plus chauds, vous pouvez vous y baigner et vous mettre votre tête sous la chute. Experience unique!!! Ensuite nous continuons en voiture à travers les montagnes pour arriver 30 minutes plus tard au "Blue Lagoon", leaux thermales dans un canyons près de Montanejos. Là c'est le coup de foudre, l'endroit est fantastique, l'eau est pure et sans l'odeur classique de souffre, les petits poissons, le saut de la falaise (pas du tout obligatoire), les grottes. Tout y est. L'eau est à 25C toute l'année. Après un arrêt pour le goûter, nous repartons pour 2 aventurettes pour terminer la journée. Les canyons, l'incroyable jet d'eau "Pony Tail" qui ne laisseront personne indifférents. Autres remarques: Nous arrivons aux différents sites directement avec le véhicules. They will be 6 bite "Basque tapas" that will include local ingredients as fish, pork, cheese, eggs, dairy products and vegetables. Dessert will include the original recipe of "the best Cheesecake in the World", from "La Viña" bar. It is possible to adapt the 6 pintxos for vegetarians, but because most of the ingredients in our culture are of animal origin, it is not a course suitable for vegans. During this experience you'll be able to immerse yourself in my family long time farm history. It will be my pleasure welcoming you with a cup of coffee before visiting our cellar and garden where we'll pick some vegetables to use for the class. Then we'll jump to the kitchen and put our hands in the dough or, using an Italian expression, "mettere le mani in pasta". I'll explain and provide the ingredients needed, their proportions, the full process and methods included all the tricks and how to use all the necessary tolls. Then we'll prepare the sauce using ingredients from our farm, in particular our organic vegetables. After making the tagliatelle and ravioli , it will be time to make the typical Italian cake 'tiramisù' following the recipe of my great grandma. We are now ready to enjoy a delicious dish of handmade tagliatelle accompanied with a nice glass of our organic wine and finally the amazing tiramisù. This experience also includes a pice of our homemade limoncello. All the food will be prepared and served with our own organic extra virgin olive oil. In this amazing day we´ll go for a quick but rewarding tour around Boquerías´s Market, followed by a warm an relaxed Paella lunch in a lovely apartment just 5 minutes walking away! I will show you where I buy all the fresh ingredients for the Paella, and we will walk through the fabulous market, my favorite place in Barcelona, so that you can see in detail how one of the most iconic markets in Europe lives. From there we will go to my house, where we will have appetizers, I´ll teach you how to prepare the Spanish "bread with tomato", we will make sangria together, and the delicious Catalan cream for dessert, while we wait for the Paella :). All this in a beautiful living room with balconies to the Ramblas, with soft drinks, beer and good wines, it´ll be a day that you will enjoy a lot! The first site is the ‘Red Beach’, one of the best-known sights on the south coast of the island, located a short distance away from Kampia beach where your kayak journey begins. Paddle along the coastline of Akrotiri, passed the White beach and Mesa Pigadia, where you can enjoy swimming, snorkeling and a picnic in this serene setting. Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. We'll have a day trip through the woods north of Rome, hunting truffles with the help of trained dogs, we will pass through areas rich in history of outstanding natural beauty. After the trip we will go to have lunch at my house, we will learn how to cook truffles dishes and we'll eat them for lunch with a very good wine. I will cook for you many different courses, all with fresh truffles! You will can taste many different combinations with fresh truffles! Together we will discover the Prosecco Hills... beautiful places of my childhood, where I used to run freely around the vineyards! In the morning, with me and my husband, we will visit a winery located in an area with a beautiful scenery, where we will learn all the secrets of Prosecco wine making and taste some glasses of this famous sparkling wine! We will then visit a local Osteria lost in the middle of the hills, and will have an aperitivo in front of the vineyards, while listening to the delightful singing of the birds! We will meet my family, while enjoying a typical lunch in our family owned osteria, where traditional dishes are prepared using our grandma's recipes, and where the typical "spiedo" meat cooks slowly near the fire! All desserts are home made by my brother and are really a sweet end of a delicious 4 courses meal! Venez découvrir le pittoresque vignoble de Saint-Emilion classé au Patrimoine Mondial de l'Unesco et visitez deux vignobles (un Grand Cru Classé et une propriété familiale Grand Cru) avec un guide parlant français et anglais. Votre tour inclut la visite de 2 domaines, 5 verres de vin minimum au total et un apéritif (fromage, saucisson, chocolat et pain... au 1er château). Le tour démarre à 8h30 ou à 13h30, selon l'option choisie. Je vous donne rendez-vous à Bordeaux sur la Place Stalingrad entre La Banque LCL et le Wasabi Café 10 minutes avant le début du tour. A chaque vignoble, l'histoire du château vous sera présentée ainsi que les méthodes de vinification. Vous visiterez également les installations techniques. Le tour se terminera par la dégustation des vins du château. Au premier château, un accord mets et vins vous sera proposé. Je vous conduirai, à bord de mon minibus, à travers le vignoble de Saint-Emilion, classé au patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco depuis 1999, et nous visiterons ensemble le pittoresque village médiéval. I will take you to a 3 hours tapas experience to discover the most authentic tapas, bars and neighborhoods of Seville.
