Best properties we stayed at in a while! Very peaceful and quiet. We had a blast hanging out at the lake during the day and by the fire pit at night. highly recommend!

Our son, Joshua, is on staff at YWAM Orlando. We came to spend Easter with him. Due to YWAM hospitality not having availability, we began searching for an Airbnb nearby. Joshua stated that Grace's parents had an Airbnb right next door to Grace and Eric's home. He saw that it was available, and I booked it. I believe that it was the hand of God that pointed us there. It was perfect for us to be able to spend quality time with Joshua. Our daughter Erin, Joshua's sister, passed away January 21, 2024. Because of this, we cherish time spent with our son. It was close to YWAM and Joshua's church. The neighborhood was quiet, and the accommodations were wonderful for us. Thank you and God Bless!

We had to come to town for family business and Christopher was very accomodating.He knew we were traveling with a pet and let us know we could check-in as soon as cleaners were done. He even let us know if we needed more days to finish what we had to do it was available. The yard was amazingly spacious and our dogs ran and played every afternoon till they dropped. The pool was crystal clear and felt amazing after our long days of stress. The arcade games were a hit with the husband and my brother as they battled for highest score on a couple of them. Overall a 10....thank you so much for your ...understanding for what we were dealing with and offer if we needed anything. Although we will not be back in this area I highly recommend this quiet and relaxing home.

Austin was very quick to respond to any messages and very quick to help us with any minor issues we came across. Would definitely stay at his place again for sure!

Great stay. Had enough room for my family 8. Close to stores for grocery shopping and in a nice neighborhood.

Paul’s place was clean and welcoming! The showers had a little mildew, but overall you could tell the place is very well cared for! The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful and place about an hour every way from the heart of Tampa and Orlando!

This Airbnb was the perfect spot for my family, Not only was Natalie incredibly accommodating but we were amazed at her instant communication. Every single thing you need for your vacation she already has waiting for you there. Don’t miss out on this place. 10/10 recommend

The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

The pictures does not do this spot justice. The location is serene, free of light pollution, and is extremely peaceful and private. Once inside, the unit was bigger than how it appeared in pictures with all the amenities as promised. Will likely book again when looking for a peaceful escape.

Andrea was a very nice and pleasant host. She left very detailed instructions, had the place clean and ready for us, she even checked in to ensure that our stay was what we were expecting. I appreciate her attention to detail, her providing adequate instructions and directions, as well as the care she showed to us during our stay. The place is just like shown in the pictures, and was clean. Andrea also has a quick turnaround time to messages, which I appreciate. Our stay there was wonderful, and I would stay at their Airbnb in the future if I'm out that way again.

Mikes place was exactly as described , TV’s are way bigger than the photos provided. Check in is easy you don’t have to talk to nobody at the front desk easy access in and out . There is construction going on around the property but that wasn’t a downfall to me. Only downfall is the water is lukewarm in the shower I’m a hot hot hot water person but I understand all residents are on a water heater so overall I am really greatful and appreciative of my stay and highly recommend if you just want somewhere peaceful and nice to sleep at

Has a really nice couple of days here. The area is quiet and the place is cozy and well furnished. Really well stocked kitchen for people who prefer to cook at home, pretty much any supplies you need are there!

The host was very nice and helpful, and the apartment is in an amazing location. I would love to stay here again.

There are so many reasons we keep coming back year after year. Nancy’s apartment is in the perfect peaceful location, and she as our host has been a blessing from the start! It’s our home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality.

We needed a place for a few days that was convenient to a couple of the parks and this was perfect. The gated community is very well kept and felt very safe. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Cathy’s directions and communication were perfect. We had some downtime to enjoy the pool and ate dinner one night at Ternerita Argentinian Steakhouse in the nearby plaza and we highly recommend it! I would stay here again if i was in need of a place in the area!

Martonio’s condo was just as he described it!! Beautiful, Spacious, Very Clean. Check In Was Extremely Easy & Very Straight forward. Martonios Was Very Fast With Response About Questions. The Kids & I Loved The Place I Highly Recommend If You Are Looking For Something In The Orlando Area This Is The Property To Book. I Will Most Definitely Save This On My Visits When I Return Back To Orlando…..

Kyle’s is the best Host we have encountered. His Air B n B is amazing, clean up to date, roomy and his patio size was amazing. He was so responsive with such clear instructions. He made my son’s graduation memorable. I felt so comfortable like I was in my own home. So near to Universal and the new Epic park. His bathrooms. Bedrooms and kitchen is top notch. The beds are always our concerns and I slepted like a baby. Kyle is so kind he left us a bottle of wine. I love his hospitality we felt like family. I will share this Air B N B with all my family and friends There is not enough words to let you know how much we enjoyed your home and how much you truly made my son college graduation memorable. Kyle thank you once again and we will definitely be coming back. You are truly a superhost. Never stop hosting your the best!

We had a wonderful stay at this location during our conference. The location is an easy lyft/uber to tons of activities, including the major theme parks. A grocery store, pharmacy, and great diner are easily walkable. The location itself was clean and quiet. Great beds and bathrooms.

The condo was very well maintained and stocked with most everything we needed. We loved that it is located minutes from the Orange County Convention Center since we were in town for a cheer competition. During our stay, we also visited Disney and Universal Studios, which were only 20 minutes away. The condo is within walking distance to a Publix, ABC Liquor, Walgreens, and quite a few restaurants. The condo was perfect, we will definitely stay there again!

Everything was very nice and an enjoyable stay with easy accessible stores, restaurants and easy access to the freeways. Pool was a short distance and very relaxing. Overall stay definitely would come back and recommend to other families.

Great stay at this place. Condo was advertised, and perfect for our stay at the conference center. We had three professionals staying together and there was plenty of room for all of us. Easy access to conference center and lots of restaurant choices with a short Uber ride. We had a car which was a nice bonus. New pool was not ready yet so we did have to walk to other pool by Publix, but that was fine. We had a small issue with a slow running drain and the owner had it fixed immediately the next morning. Would recommend and would happily stay there again!
