Home is beautiful; very clean and modern. Quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the water. Very easy check in and out. Also very convenient to restaurants and shopping in Marathon. Loved the stay!

We had a great time staying at this property. We liked it because it is very easy to get to, has it's own beach, and has plenty of room for a family. Key Colony is a real gem IMHO. We wanted a property that put us in a central location in the keys - 45 minutes to Islamadora, a little over an hournl from Key West, but in a place that is great for snorkeling and water activities. This place fits that perfectly. The property is easy to check into to, Yuni give a code in advance for the door. Parking is under the building in the shade (big plus) and right in front of the elevator. Super convenient! The kitchen is nice, we cooked meals on probably 3 nights. Beds were comfortable and there is a washer/dryer that is really nice to have on vacation. Great host for sure. If in the keys again I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again as it was a very positive experience.

The condo was great! Clean and decorated tastefully. It was priced fairly and only 5 miles from downtown. Grocery stores and shopping was nearby. The only negative was a few blocks east of the condo were some trashy trailer court neighborhoods that I would avoid on the way to the Hogfish Grill (good food). Otherwise we felt safe.

We had a great time in Tavernier area. Tina’s place was the perfect setup and the amenities were wonderful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo.

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom unit! While it’s on the smaller side, it’s been beautifully remodeled with modern, clean, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the brand new pots and pans . The living room gets fantastic natural light, and the view from the balcony is great—perfect for enjoying sunsets. We also loved spending time at the pool and hot tub. The location is excellent, with a short walk to the waterfront, which was so peaceful and relaxing. The walls are on the thinner side, so we could hear kids running in the common areas at times, but it wasn’t a major issue. The host truly went above and beyond by shipping back items I accidentally left behind, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay again!

Rhonda's place is terrific! Lovely location with full water views. Pool was excellent. The home was very comfortable, clean and convenient to restaurants and stores. Would definitely rent again.

Great communication, easy to get into. Clean apartment and comfortable beds. Loved the Hugh swimming pool and beach area. Lots to do in the area. “Theater of the sea,” was excellent. Many great restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

We arrived early on the day of check-in, and because previous guests has left early, we were able to check in first thing in the morning! Henry happened to be in Key West, working around his property, so he very kindly gave us a full tour of the apartment, the parking area, the grounds, pool, and beach. The apartment is whimsically decorated with pastel colors to fit the Key West vibe, and has lots of cute details. Amazingly, all the small appliances, dishes, glasses, and tableware are in the pink/rose colored family. Literally every appliance is pink (Cuisenart, coffee maker, toaster, Keurig, blender, tableware, and more). It gave the place a unified cozy feel. The living room is spacious, with lots of couch room for a family to watch TV together. The kitchen is eat-in, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are super nice. We felt very at-home in Henry's place, and appreciate the details he provides about checking in, keys, garage parking, etc. We had a great time.

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

This was the perfect house and location for a vacation in the Florida Keys. I cannot say enough great things about the fabulous house, especially the amazing outdoor space. It was set up very nicely for relaxing and entertaining outdoors. The pool was fantastic and we had manatees come up in the canal, which was amazing. Had a wonderful outdoor cooking space and lots of designated seating areas. Loved the screened in dining area up on the deck as well. This location was so close to fantastic restaurants and shopping, and I lay an hour to Key West. We rented a boat that we kept right in front of the house in the canal and could hop on it and go right out into the Gulf which was great for fishing! Everything was clean and just as described, we would definitely stay here again! ❤️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We loved our stay at Jeffery's house. It is spacious and very comfortable. My husband appreciated the proximity to the pickleball courts - we could see them from our bedroom windows- and my son enjoyed fishing off the dock. The upper suite was wonderful for privacy and quiet when the older kids stayed up later than the adults. Jeffery was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

This spot was great! The home is spacious, incredibly comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It’s located at the very end of an inlet, offering a waterfront setting but I wouldn't call it picturesque. While we didn’t have a boat, it looked like getting one in and out would be easy for an experienced boater. The house was spotless—you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, with soft sheets that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything related to rest and relaxation was truly top-notch. The home is well-stocked with basic necessities for living, though if you have specific cooking preferences or comfort items, you should make a quick trip to the store. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the exception of some occasional noise from the nearby airport—but that’s just part of being in Marathon. Parking was easy, the pool was great, and everything matched the description perfectly. We highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable and very clean. It was nice to have a view of the water and a heated pool! The rooms were comfortable and accommodating for our family. Naomi was quick to respond when we had questions. I would stay here again! This spot was close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and right on bike paths!

Great place to stay. It’s a house in a community with a lot of activities available. There’s an extra $125 fee for that, but it’s worth it.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We appreciate your wonderful suggestions and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at El Siboney restaurant. Unfortunately the rain kept us from using the pool but we still had a fantastic time.

Great place right in the heart of Key Colony. House had all we needed and more to make our 8 day stay comfortable. Great boat dock with plenty of room for 2 31 ft boats.

Carrie's place was absolutely beautiful! it was so clean, the beds were insanely comfortable, and there were tons of linens and towels for everyone. We very comfortably fit 8 people into the home with no problems. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing and we were all blown away. Carrie was extremely responsive and friendly. We were here for our wedding and had our wedding party stay here so it was extra magical. The pool and hot tub is super close, elevator to help with our bags, and the resort itself is gorgeous. 10/10 would stay again. We loved it so so much! Don't miss out.

This condo has almost every amenity you could think of and is the cleanest Airbnb I've stayed in! It was perfect for a family of 4 (with older kids). Downtown KW is walkable, with most places being 1.5-2 miles away. Very easy to find and check-in was a breeze. Jennifer was very thoughtful in letting us know ahead of time about potential road closures due to brush fires. We had wonderful views of the water, sunrises and even saw a manatee one morning!

Great experience, great host and accommodations. Hot tub wasn't working while we were there, but repair was delayed over the holiday week which was out of the hosts' control. Very communicative and responsive.

This place is a great place for families. All ages can enjoy this neighborhood. It’s close to everything, but it feels cozy.

Adriana & Bill are fantastic hosts of their terrifically located end unit & Kawama getaway in key largo.. it is a TRUE PARADISE!..( the photos don’t do it justice!) A welcoming goodie bag awaited us as we walked in the door!.. & it just got better & better from there.. always immediate & pleasant replies to texts.. the unit is spacious clean & tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds, workable well stocked kitchen & supplies.. a light and airy lanai with a great view of the lagoon!..super place all the way around!!.. thanks so much Adriana & Bill for making our family vacation all that we wanted it to be…we ‘ll be back!!🏖️

We had a great stay at Chris’s place in Key West! The property was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Chris is an excellent communicator—his instructions were clear, detailed, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. We felt well taken care of and really appreciated the smooth experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Key West!
