We will ride on our bicycles through our hometown making our way to three different cenotes around our community. Physical wear with the bicycles is minimum. We spend most of the time in the water. Riding the bicycles will be, 20-25 mins(total). Distance from cenote to cenote is 5-10 mins. Join us for an intimate artisanal mezcal tasting & dinner pairing in our private jungle garden at our home in the center of Tulum Pueblo! Solo travelers, couples & friends are all welcome to our garden where we will prepare a 5-course dinner cooked on the fire paired with 1 ounce tastings of five artisanal, small-batch mezcals sourced from different regions around the country. Experience Louisiana's dance culture and enjoy a life enhancing moment, while sipping on some daiquiri cocktails. There will be a 60-minute Bounce & Twerk dance lesson and routine taught by professional dance artists, Moe Joe, owner of The Moe Joe Gallery and creator of Bounce Fitness w/Moe Joe. Throughout class Moe Joe will teach you her spin on the genre and how dance is an inner body/spirit release. Other things to note This is a class that will make you sweat because of the dancing involved. No dance experience is necessary to take this class only the will to dance and learn.

Ancient culinary techniques, fresh ingredients, tortillas made from scratch, flavors of our traditional Mexico, everything is set and carefully curated for a cultural and gastronomical immersion to the deepest traditions and roots of our Mesoamerican civilizations. In a beautiful Mexican-style house, surrounded by gardens, our Culinary Experience starts off with a brief, yet quite informative, introduction to the essential flavors and ingredients of Mexican cuisine We will also do a mezcal tasting so you can learn how to identify a good one! Then, moving on to the unique experience of preparing an authentic Mexican meal from scratch! We try to always use traditional utensils, like metate and molcajete, to have a real cooking experience. Many of the dishes you will learn and help cook come from my own family’s cookbook. By the end of the class, we sit down in one table to share the food and the experience itself! Vous aurez une rencontre très rapprochée avec divers animaux. Conformément aux directives des Nations Unies concernant le bien-être des animaux sauvages, il n'y aura pas d'interaction directe avec eux. Vous pourrez vous rapprocher suffisamment et vous apprendrez avec les explications sur chacun d'eux. Vous pourrez connaître l'arbre toxique, l'arbre médecin, l'arbre à gomme et autres. Vous planterez un arbre dans la jungle améliorant ainsi votre empreinte écologique. Vous rencontrerez l'abeille melipona sans dard et vous pourrez déguster son miel et en apprendre un peu plus sur la pollinisation et la vie et les coutumes de cet insecte récemment déclaré par l'ONU l'être vivant le plus important de la planète. Après la visite, nous commencerons un petit voyage le long d'un chemin dans la jungle jusqu'à atteindre un magnifique cenote souterrain à 200 mètres où vous pourrez plonger et nager dans ses eaux illuminées et cristallines.

From there we will ride together to Guanabacoa, our hometown. Once there, you will learn about the influence of the Afro-Cuban religions in our cuisine while we share a typical beverage. Then, Jose´s mom will show you how to cook in our local style, having the opportunity to understand when, why, and how we prepare each dish. Finally, we will enjoy tasting the different plates that we prepared and, in that moment, when we are laughing and sharing our personal stories under the rhythm of drums, you will realize that the simple act of eating assumes mystical dimensions and has the power to bring strangers together like family. At the end of the day you will know how flavors, music and dance tell the story of the desires and struggles of our African ancestors. This is not about cooking in a professional way, it´s about cooking according to the folklore of a modest community. Note: a minimum if 3 guests is required to include the musical performance

This experience focuses on the difficult process of making a cigar. From the hand of an experienced cigar roller we will learn to make an examplar, we will explain all the specificities that accompany the process of making this product, from the time it is grown, until it reaches your hands. This will be the perfect time for our CIGAR CHALLENGE, after which we will reward the best cigar roller of the experience. After choosing our winner (special ceremony included), we will go on to what we consider to be an authentic ritual: the smoking of the habano, action that we will combine with other delights, giving way to an excellent pairing among cigars, rum and coffee. And then, SURPRISE, a second contest!! We will be competing among each other to select the person who manages to keep the longest cigar ash, and the one who best performs some other tricks we will be teaching you. This is called: LONG ASH CONTEST. At the end of the experience more gifts will come, and that is because we do not want you to leave without taking with you souvenirs related to this experience, so you will be bringing home with you some amazing memories but also little things that will forever remind you of Cuba. We'll meet in the city center and travel to a popular neighborhood using public transportation, just as typical Cubans do. We'll walk through the community and interact with the people there so you can see what a normal day is like for the locals. We'll learn about the educational and health systems, visit and learn about historical places, and get to know and interact with small businesses that are part of the lives of the Cuban people. Together, we'll experience the daily lives and idiosyncrasies of Cubans, and learn about the main accomplishments and challenges of our economic and social reality. The day will end at my family's home, where you will get to know the story of my Cuban family, and also taste some typical drinks and snacks. Go on a real life treasure hunt adventure on Treasure Island Florida! Participants will find a real map and will follow the map bringing them to different checkpoints to gather gear to prepare them for the adventure. And if you are part of the LGBTIQ+ (etc etc) Community you might want to know there's a "Gay Beach" in Havana. Clear waters, in the company of a local host that will make you laugh and feel like a dear friend, will turn a regular day into a memorable one. We'll pick you up from your Airbnb first thing in the morning. You'll have to bring 35$ in cash as second part of the payment of the experience. In addition, the taxi is arranged by us but not included in that price. It will cost 50$/€ per group, so the more travelers participating at the experience, the less the taxi will cost for each of you. Visitaremos los templos más importantes de la civilización maya por el mar, todo el viaje será desde una embarcación (lancha). Enfrente de los templos podrán fotografiar las construcciones, tambien veremos el gran faro maya, la herencia que tenemos como navegantes. Para concluir realizaremos la actividad de snorkeling en el segundo arrecife más grande del mundo donde podremos observar peces tropicales, mantarrayas, tortugas marinas y la barrera de arrecifes. Todo en un ambiente tranquilo y profesional.
