We had the most wonderful time staying at Suladda's place which was right on the Seven Mile beach. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to great restaurants and a nearby supermarket. But the real highlight was stepping out the door directly onto the beach, where we enjoyed peaceful mornings and stunning sunsets every day. When the sea was a bit too choppy, the quiet and well-maintained pool offered a perfect alternative. The entire property was clean and comfortable, and everyone we encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to book this fantastic flat again—and if you're considering it, don't think twice. You won’t regret it!

We loved our stay at Victoria's condo! The condo was close to the Kaibo YC restaurant and dock- made for easy excursions. While the bay was not swimmable, it was perfect for kayaking and viewing the many starfish in the shallow water-bonus was the pool for the kids. The condo was in amazing condition and had all the amenities one could need for a great stay. Victoria was responsive before, during and after our stay. We loved staying on the "chill side" of the island and would definitely stay at Victoria's again if we make it back to GC.

We went with a group and we all stayed at 3 different locations. Our place was the best of 3, the Lazy Lizard and all the girls bartending were the best. We will stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at Heidi's place. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities were excellent, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Heidi is a fantastic host and very accommodating to her guests. We can't wait to return!

Eve was a very responsive host and gave us proactive communication before and during our stay. The property has a wonderful view of and access to the beach. The balcony was great for meals and relaxing and the bedrooms were spacious. The location is great for getting away from the crowded areas on the west end of the island and gives nice access to the east end as well. Overall, it was a great property for our family getaway.

Great space in the condo- large bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing views of the ocean from living room/kitchen and the primary bedroom. Condo has a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel equipment, board games, and plenty of towels. The parking space is under the building, which makes for a nice cool car. Construction on a large project is right next door to this complex at the moment - they start early (7:30am), but with the doors closed, it was not disruptive to sleeping in. Ahmed has great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Grand Cayman.

We had a wonderful time at Jeanie’s place! She was very responsive to all my questions and the location was fabulous. We would definitely come back again!

Fantastic trip, the place did everything we needed it too. Provided a clean, functional condo across the street from the beach. Everything worked well in the condo save the running toilet (you had to jiggle the handle). It was a great and convenient launching space for our vacation and most importantly my kids felt really comfortable there. Eve was terrific, there wasn't a question she didn't respond to or work to find an answer for, very helpful. We'd go back!

Very nice unit, beautiful updates throughout and larger space than expected. Nice beach and pool, quiet at night and very clean.

Fantastic spot! Loved that the rental came with a shuttle! The bar and grill on site is amazing and the beach is perfect for watching the sunrise! Kitchen utensils are minimal but we didn’t cook a ton so it was fine. Heads up there isn’t an ice maker but there’s ice downstairs! Absolutely loved it here and Kierra was so responsive and helpful!

It’s exactly as pictured! Quaint, small and private facility located right on the ocean with a beautiful pool overlooking the ocean. It’s serene and somewhere I’d stay again.

Its our 2nd time staying at Craig’s place. He’s a great host. Everything always in immaculate condition. The sunrise at the condo on the patio is breath taking drinking coffee! We Love it.

Very Beautiful and clean, felt like home, checking process was very easy. great communication from beginning to end. also having that rental car was great, give us more freedom to move around. ease of picking up the car at the airport and short drive to where we was stay and drop off at the airport when we was leaving. the pool, the view of the ocean especially in the morning was amazing for me.

This was great! The view of the sunrise and sunsets was amazing. It was clean, had everything we needed to relax and for the kids to play. Great proximity to supermarket, shops, restaurants and fitness center!

House was clean, well stocked with everything we needed. Truly steps from the beach. Felt save and comfortable. Beach is well kept. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to cook. The overall cleanliness and surroundings was more than expected. Felt safe arriving late night or leaving early morning.

Fantastic location set in well kept gardens, clean, bright and very well equipped condo. Far exceeded our expectations, recommended.

Stayed as a group of four friends and everyone had a wonderful time. Quiet and peaceful and plenty to do with walkable restaurants. Felt safe and had fun. Nice beach with easy snorkeling. Saw many cool fish. Amenities were as described and super enjoyable.

It checked all the boxes. If you want privacy and relaxation with the beach right outside your door and still have the ability to drive 10 mins into town. Then this is your place. We loved our stay in GCI and the condo was fabulous. Clean, spacious, up to date and ocean views from every window. Town is a quick 10 min drive to wonderful shops, restaurants, grocery stores etc.. My only issue and it wasn't a big deal but it would be nice if the beach was racked after the last storm. Again, first world concern.. We had one small issue that was addressed immediately by the property staff. Outstanding communication by the team through the whole process. We will be coming back to GCI and will stay at this property again or one of their other properties. In a nutshell, our 20th year wedding anniversary/vacation was the best. Excellent place to stay with four adults and two children. The convenience of the pool with swim up bar, baby pool and on site protected beach with swimming makes this place fantastic. The view from the condo is great. Fun watching cruise ships come in while drinking morning coffee. Many walkable places to eat. We rented a car and there was plenty of parking close by. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough about Kyle’s place. Enough room. Great location to everywhere. Loved the unit, being on ground level and the pool right outside, it was absolutely beautiful!!!

Gary and Shannon really thought of everything! Having traveled around the world, these hosts had way more things for their guests than most. For example, snorkel gear, beach toys for kids, sports and games, phone/table charger in every room. Stocked with plenty of items to get you in the door and your vacation started. Having been to the Cayman Islands in the past, I was pleasantly surprised to see the water and beach were as beautiful as ever ! Crystal clear and loaded with life. Had a great time with a bunch of family and we all couldn’t be happier with the accommodations. Gary and Shannon delivered the goods and I am hoping for a repeat visit in the near future.

Our family of four stayed in Cocoplum 10 and had an amazing week. The view is even more beautiful than the pictures. The location is great, with close access to Seven Mile Beach and lots of restaurants and activities in the area. We loved that we could go out for the morning and then come back and hit the pool and lay low at the condo complex for the afternoon/evening. The host was very responsive and friendly, and the unit was exactly as advertised. I hope we get the chance to come back!

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION….AMAZING!!! Right on the beach and 2 minute walk to the beach and the pool. Amazing patio(screened in) to watch the sunsets every night and the cruise ships coming in to GeorgeTown. Amy sent a text letting us know the condo was ready (early) with clear instruction on how to enter. The condo is well equipped. They offer daily house cleaning free of charge (tipping is recommended) but we did not use this service. We didn’t have any issues at all during our stay. We walked about 15 minutes to Fosters (grocery store) and Camana Bay shopping and restaurants. Very easy to get to without needing a car/transportation. Amy was very quick to respond to a request for a later checkout (1 pm) since our departure flight was later in the day. Thankfully she was able to approve the request which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at Regal Beach Club. We are already planning to go back again next year and will stay at Regal Beach Club🌅🏝️
