Whilst being on a large parcel of land that is leased to a food producer (with a dedication to maintaining natural habitat) the house is on a small parcel of land that is easily accessible and street front in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The premises is fully fenced and pet friendly. **Edit: Please note that the bedding configuration in the second bedroom has recently been changed. Instead of 4 single bunk beds, it is now a double bed with a single on top and a trundle underneath. The property still sleeps 6 people.
