Starting at 5PM on Friday’s and Tuesday's. I'll share some of our traditions and culture and a brief introduction to the history of Fado, to set the mood for our evening. The LisboaLove Fado takes place on an exclusive venue: my apartment! Please notice that pictures include also previous venues. It's a personal full experience only for the guests who book it, not joining a Fado Restaurant with others. For context I'll summarize the history of Fado. This will be followed by a 40-minute tribute performance to Amalia Rodrigues, Portugal’s most famous and well-loved Fado singer. I will add some commentary during the concert to resume the lyrics being performed. Since it is afternoon you may have walked a lot in our hilly city already, so we'll serve a snack of traditional petiscos. There's no Fado without some wine and olives too. We created this tour to show a very unique place for those who are ready to make efforts off the beaten track! We will visit a natural labyrinth system – a 3 dimensional playground, where we will often have to clamber up steep walls and creep through narrow passages. Prepare yourself for something active! - We will meet up near the cave (30-45 minutes from the city by bus, still in the residential Budapest) - You can change your clothes at the changing room, and we will give you the necessary equipment. - We will spend 2,5-3 hours under the ground. We will discover a small part of a 30 km long multi-level labyrinth system. As the cave is practically a maze with a network of passages, we can always find the path which fits your level of fitness. In means that we can do a relatively easy tour (still challenging), or an „adrenaline-pumping” tour - it’s up to you! - The tour is very interactive with a friendly atmosphere and English-speaking expert hosts. - It’s a perfect occasion to meet new people and maybe make new frindships - as there will be situations where cooperation makes your way easier. - After the tour you can chill at the moody beer terrace of the cave. Après notre rencontre et une fois l'introduction faîte,nous entrerons dans l'Alcazar par la ligne rapide. Une fois à l'intérieur, je vous donnerai des explications sur la Salle de la Justice et le patio de la Plâtrerie. Vous serez fascinés par les décorations et les histoires qui ce sont déroulées ici. Ensuite, nous verrons la Chambre du Commerce et la Salle de l'Amiral et vous découvrirez l'importance de Séville et de l'Alcazar lors de la découverte et de la conquête des Amériques. Notre prochain arrêt sera au Palais mudéjar construit par Pierre I au XIV siècle. Le mélange des différents styles mauresques avec l'atmosphère chrétienne a fait que chaque roi voulait laisser son héritage dans cette forteresse. La dernière partie du palais que nous visiterons sera le palais gothique, le premier bâtiment chrétien de l'Alcazar construit après la reconquête. Pour finir, nous nous dirigerons vers les magnifiques jardins pour terminer notre visite guidée de 2 heures aux thermes de Maria Padilla.
