Прекрасное место.Мы остались очень довольны этим выбором.Хорошо спланированный дом,просторно,чисто,все удобно,все мелочи учтены.Уютная терраса на которой приятно проводить время с прекрасным видом на горы.Красивая ухоженная территория.Все безупречно.Внимательный и отзывчивый хозяин.Разрешено с питомцами,это для нас было важным.Хочу поблагодарить,нам все понравилось.Мы обязательно будем приезжать еще)рекомендуем)

Dört yıl arayla ikinci konaklamamız oldu. Necdet bey her zamanki gibi nazik ve yardımseverdi. Ev resimlerdekinin aynısı. Mahremiyet açısından sorun yok. Kaş merkeze çok yakın. Hem sessiz bir akşam hem de Kaş merkeze yakınlığıyla hareketli bir gece sunuyor.

Evden çok memnun kaldık deniz manzarası, havuz ve jakuzi beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Biz akşamları merkeze ineriz gibi düşünüyorduk fakat yollar biraz zorluydu akşam çıkmaya cesaret edemedik bizim için bu eksi oldu ama evde de sıkılmadık zaten. Bir de evde mutfak malzemeleri bize biraz az geldi. Bulaşık makinesi deterjanı, yedek tuvalet kağıdı gibi detaylar yoktu. Ama temizlik gayet iyiydi. Her sabah havuzu temizlemeye birileri geldi. Mine hanım da çok ilgiliydi eve gelen kuryelerin numaralarını bizimle hemen paylaştı. Her şey için çok teşekkürler

Ev çok güzeldi. Ev sahibi çok yardımcı oldu. İlk girişimizde internet sıkıntısı vardı fakat çok yardımcı oldular ve hallettiler. Mutfak yeterliydi ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Konum olarak aracınız varsa rahat edersiniz. Biz çok memnun kaldık tekrar teşekkürler.

4 gece konakladığımız evde her şey ilanda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Eve girişte bizi temizlik kokusu karşıladı. Gece geç saatte giriş yapmamıza rağmen Arife hanım hiç sorun etmeyerek bizi bekleyip evi teslim etti. Evin bulunduğu sitenin genel görünümü çok huzurlu ve güvenliydi. Mutfak araç gereçleri yeterli sayıdaydı ve tertemizdi. Evde klima (2 adet), saç kurutma makinesi, elektrikli süpürge, ütü ve ütü masası gibi eşyalar çalışır şekilde mevcuttu. Çarşaflar, havlular ve örtüler temiz ve yeterli sayıdaydı. Arife hanım çıkış saatinde de oldukça esneklik sağladı, hiç yorulmadan valizlerimizi hazırlayıp rahatça çıkış yapabildik. Tatilimiz öncesinde ve esnasında hep ulaşılabilir olduğu için Arife hanıma çok teşekkür ediyoruz 🙏🏻 Önümüzdeki tatillerimizde de kendisini tercih etmeyi umuyoruz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edilebilir. Her şey için çok teşekkürler 🌸

Ev resimlerde görüldüğü gibiydi, temiz ve düzenleydi. Harika bir 7 gün geçirdik, Barış Bey her sorunumuza çok çabuk dönüş sağladı ve çok ilgiliydi. Evin konumu biraz sıkıntılı sadece, ulaşım zor, çarşıya bir tık uzak ama oldukça sessiz sakin bir yer kafa dinlemek için çok uygun. Hemen yakında mükemmel lezzetler sunan restoranlar var, İstanbul'da bulamadığımız. Her şey çok güzeldi, tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz.

Excellent location, near shops and restaurants, centre walkable. Charming en original house, with lots of wood, two big terraces in the back and beautifull view on Kas and the sea. Only the noise coming from the busy street, also at night, is a minus, especially when someone has to sleep in the streetside room. But the two main bedrooms are situated in the back of the house. If you love Kas, this is a good place to stay, but the price (1.750 euro for 8 nights in April) is spicy.

Stunning views from the terrace. Cozy, comfortable, and spacious home. Boris is hands down one of the kindest men you’ll ever meet, and his hospitality skyrocketed my experience from what would have been amazing to unreal.

Turget was an absolutely amazing host. He arranged our transfer from Dalaman to the apartment. His place had everything you need, kitchen had all the utensils pot’s microwave washing machine toaster kettle. Well equipped. Turget has a travel company Seaside Travel, he arranged our excursion for 4 days and allowed me to pay in £. He even changed money for me at a great rate. Went so far as dropping us off to the centre of Fethiye the following day. He was always responsive via what’s app. Helped me to arrange my transfer to Antalya. I really cannot fault Turget or his place. It’s so conveniently located. CALIS beach is about 15 minute walk. Carrerfour, migros and SOK supermarkets are a short walk away. Great local butcher with marinated meat which they BBQ for you for 45TL per kg. I would 100% recommend this place and would defo stay again. Pool was really clean and well maintained. All round it was a fantastic 6 day stay.

Everything was perfect. Place was so big and cozy, and the view was actually insane. You can see the peninsula, sunset and islands in one view in the balcony. Pool was really good too. I wanna come back here again next year. Definitely recommended. It's really close to the city center. Walking down to the city center is easy but going back uphill to the apartment was kinda hard so I'd recommend taking a cab to do that. Otherwise, location is really good.

Lovely stay in the studio, clean and well located in the center of Kas. It was easy to walk to the restaurants and some beaches. The facilities were great, we enjoyed having access to a washing machine and to all kitchen accessories. Communication with the host was very easy. I would recommend taking earplugs as it can be a bit noisy at night due to the road (but the neighborhood is quiet). We would love to be back to this studio!

We had a wonderful stay at Safiye and Apo’s place. It’s a beautiful area to visit and the apartment is a great base. It’s nicely decorated, comfortable and well equipped. It felt like a home from home. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance, although the walk back from town is steep. Communication was excellent and I would highly recommend Safiye and Apo as hosts.

Loved our stay at Yakup’s 1 bedroom apartment! It was as described with views from its terrace of Kalkan bay. It had all the necessary facilities: kitchen had a filtered water tap so that saved on having to haul heavy water bottles back. Really comfy bed too. Visiting Sept/ Oct, the resort on where Yakup’s place is was really quiet, no problem getting sunbeds, whether it was around one of the 2 outdoor pools that were open or along the ledges directly leading to the sea. Great we could use the resort facilities for free and there was a discount for food/drink. The shuttle bus was useful if we’d have struggled with the steps up and down from the pools to the apartment, there were many which we climbed daily, That is Kalkan though! Supermarket on site if needed and, as the apartment is at the top end of the resort it made walking into Kalkan town really easy, along the old road, with amazing views too. Yakup was very communicative, great host. We’ll definitely be back!

I stayed here in October while meeting family and working remotely. The place perfectly met my needs for a quiet space with easy access to the beach. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk to the quieter part of the public beach, which is free to access. Shops like groceries, a butcher, a bakery, and plenty of restaurants are all conveniently nearby. The environment is peaceful and secure, with access to a pool area, and the busier resort and shopping area is just a 5-10 minute walk away. The house had everything one could need, with thoughtful attention to even the smallest details. The kitchen was very convenient, and the balcony offered a beautiful Californianesque mountain view. The WiFi on-site ranged between 2-10 Mbps, but I used a local Turkcell SIM card, which provided much faster speeds of 100-150 Mbps, making it perfect for remote work. The host was very helpful and responsive. Overall, it was an excellent stay!

The House was in a quiet place, still very close to animated area of the town, inside, everything was clean and well ordened. The pool was clean and close to home, safe for children as well. The view of the mighty mountain around was fantastic, with a mesmerazing sunset view. Tuğba was always ready to help and give helpfull advice.

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

This is the best place we have ever stay in Fethiye for my 10 years experience! Without exaggeration!I have never met such nice people and absolutely hospitable ones.We came with my mom and 9 years old daughter and spent amazing days in Korhan’s place. We had everything we needed! Cleanliness, coziness, warmth and comfort. Honestly, i worried about kitchen (but u have all at home from spoon to coffe machine-really all), weather was raining all days and I worried home can be cold(BUT there is a floor heater system), safety and neighbours ( BUT i met the warmest and lovely neighbours ) ALL was perfect and predicted in advance .This place is a heaven for listening birds in the morning, drinking coffee in terrace, enjoying peaceful nature and feeling as u are home! We were also pleased with an early check-in and late check out!I just have nothing to compare it with any place in Fethiye. In conclusion: Perfect location, 24/7 support from Korhan, easy instructions, modern cozy home!THANKYou
