My husband and I met my son , his wife and our two grandchildren at Meli’s place. The house is lovely. It’s very comfortable with everything you could possibly need. The views from the porch and great room were gorgeous. The grandchildren loved the playground right across the street. Meli’s book with things to do, restaurants , directions was so helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Monterey, Carmel and even Santa Cruz. Meli was very responsive and easy to work with. We highly recommend staying at her spot!

Amazing place! Very nice house with a cute design. We had two babies with us so the extra toys were a lot of fun.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I felt good staying there especially since it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do.

Everything about this rental was above and beyond. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable, and there was plenty of well thought out space to spread out..The view from the roof deck is beautiful. Perfect place for a glass of wine! All dealings and communications with Sandee were clear and prompt. Great location in a lovely and quiet neighborhood.. Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

We love this place. They have thought of everything you will need from life vests and beach toys for the kids to parchment paper to cook with. All you need to bring is your own food and clothing and your set. Great location to walk down to the beach or go over to Marriannes for some ice cream. It is clean and cozy and we can't wait to come back.

It’s a lovely place to stay and gave us the opportunity to both head north and visit Cambria and Morro Bay, as well as to head out to Lopez Lake and Oso Flaco to enjoy birding and nature. There are a number of really wonderful places to eat all along the central coast. We highly recommend Giuseppe‘s in Pismo Beach and Bob’s Well Bread in Los Alamos.

We have stayed in many Airbnb's and this is one of the best. Great location, large and comfy, spotless--and our hosts were so welcoming and informative. They made us feel very special and shared a lot of great information on the area. You will love this house.

Amazing home, with lots of space -more then expected- well equipped kitchen, all we could wish for making dinner, cozy beds and comfortable living area. Pool was great, calm neighbourhood, but car is necessary to shop groceries or visit restaurants. Communication was quick and easy. We will come back!

Our stay in Paso was amazing thanks to this beautiful perfectly located condo! More spacious than we expected with a huge beautiful bathroom. So many restaurants and shops in the area and the square right outside our front door!

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Our stay here was excellent. We always look for a kitchen and BBQ, as we love to cook and relax after a day of wine-tasting/exploring and this property fit the bill perfectly. They thought of pretty much everything, and we wanted for nothing. No extra trips to the store as they had everything we needed. The property is lovely, private and comfortable. If you like a firm mattress, the master bed is perfect. I highly recommend this excellent location and would absolutely stay here again.

I just had the best stay at an Airbnb with my two teenage granddaughters, and my highest priority is their safety. I can't say enough good things about how safe and clean it was! Right from the start, I felt comfortable with all the safety measures in place. Knowing my granddaughters would be safe gave me peace of mind from the moment I walked in, and I'm sure it will do the same for you. And let me tell you, the place was spotless! The host puts a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and welcoming. I appreciated fresh linens, tidy spaces, and a vibe instantly made you feel at home. Plenty of sanitation supplies were around, making me feel even better. Even my granddaughters love this place. If you're looking for a cozy spot that's safe and clean, I highly recommend this Airbnb! It felt like a home away from home. I usually don't travel to the same place twice since there is so much to see in the world. But if I ever return to this area, this place

Great place to visit SLO from. Rode side streets and bike lanes to get to downtown easily.

Beautiful condo only a block and 1/2 away from the beach/pier. The home was fully stocked and the beds were very very comfy! Loved the outdoor patio area with the fire pit.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

We had such a relaxing time! So close to the beach, loved being able to walk out the door and be at the ocean. We could hear the waves at night. Sunsets were beautiful. The condo was perfect for us, had everything we needed! Great place to stay!

The beach was amazing, especially being able to walk out the door and only take a few steps to get there. The snack shop is limited but had some staples so it was definitely nice to bring some easy meals and we cooked most of them there. My had some basics there that made cooking easier (salt, oil, etc). Our two teenagers enjoyed having their own full bed. Stay here - great deal for a clean space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Vince & Emily's place was perfect for our family of four (two little ones). This was our first time visiting Avila Beach and the location was perfect, walkable but also private and peaceful for nap times. :) The place was stocked with everything we would need including a baby gate for the stairs, laundry pods, etc. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful and very clean. Easy check-in/access with responsiveness from the host. Views were beautiful with great restaurants within a short distance. Our only disappointment was the second bedroom not having the bunk bed setup that was indicated/pictured at our time of booking last year. We made due but would have preferred it as shown when we booked. Would stay again and recommend to others!
