I had a wonderful stay at Karolina’s apartment staying for almost 2 months. The apartment itself is beautiful and very comfortable which made me feel at home, it is situated in a very nice quiet area near the old town with many great restaurants and coffee shops along nice museums and churches. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable stay, a well equipped kitchen with espresso machine, microwave and oven, a beautiful bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a nice large living area with comfortable sofa, big TV with cable service, large table with plenty of chairs. Bathroom is very clean, with a good shower and a very efficient and modern washing machine. It is one of the best apartments in which I have ever stayed and I highly recommend it for anyone needing a place in Warsaw long-term or short-term. Hosts (Karolina & Lukasz) were very gracious, accommodating and generous, we had excellent communication and interactions. Thank you for hosting me!

I loved staying here. It’s super peaceful, cosy and relaxing. Great space for solo travellers, writers, creatives too with green views. Anna is very attentive and quick to respond. Good locations and near lots of green spaces, shops and transport. I recommend this place.

The host was amazing - Anatol is really easy to reach to and was really flexible with my early check-in. I like the apartment and surroundings, really nice central location to walk over Warsaw. 10/10

Logement propre et spacieux, fidèle à l'annonce. Emplacement idéal dans le centre ville, à proximité d'une station de métro.

This place is perfect. The photos do not do it justice. It is very specious, comfortable and clean. We were a family of seven and had more than enough room, dishes, towels and anything we could think of. The sauna is a very nice bonus. The neighbourhood is quite and feels safe. We were with a rental car, so it was nice to be able to park it and close the house’s gate. It took us less than 30 minutes to drive to Warsaw’s old town.

Thanks for your kindness, flexibility and helpfulness. It made the whole experience all the more enjoyable. We all had a wonderful stay !

very quiet and nice place in the middle of the woods. big garden with fireplace not too far from warsaw for dagtrip, close to main airport, but far from modlin airport. flexible check in time. no problems with communication. Did not feel very clean: used cotton bud in bathroom, glasses very dusty. the water was probably not drinkable, tasted and smelled like rust, which was not great for showers and brushing teeth. there is no wifi, but this is just as advertised. service is spotty. we would still recommend and really enjoyed our stay!

To miejsce to prawdziwa perełka! Domek jest piękny, przytulny i bardzo wygodny. Widać że został urządzony z sercem i dużą dbałością o szczegóły. Świetnie nadaje się dla osób,które chcą odpocząć od miasta. Wokół cisza, natura i śpiew ptaków. Ogród jak z bajki: zadbany, pełen zieleni, zachęcający do porannej kawy na świeżym powietrzu czy wieczornego relaksu pod kocem. W środku jest wszystko co potrzebne żeby poczuć się jak w domu. Kominek daje magiczny klimat. Są planszówki i telewizory, więc nudy nie ma. Kuchnia duża, ładna i bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Na koniec dnia można się zrelaksować w wannie. Miejsce jest też wygodne dla osób poruszających się na wózku, ale trochę bardziej sprawnych. Właściciele to przemili ludzie. Pomocni, życzliwi i absolutnie niekonfliktowi. Zawsze są w pobliżu, gdy potrzeba, i błyskawicznie odpowiadają na wiadomości. Czułyśmy się zaopiekowane, ale też miałyśmy pełną prywatność. Z całego serca polecam to miejsce. To prawdziwy azyl. Z chęcią kiedyś wrócimy❤️

Wir haben an diesem magischen Ort mit der Familie Urlaub gemacht.Haben zu Fuß die Umgebung erkundet,eine Kajaktour gemacht und einen Ausflug nach Warschau.Alles ein absoluter Traum.Urszula lebt in der Nähe und ist jeder Zeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.Sie hat uns ein Traumhaftes Haus inmitten der Natur zur Verfügung gestellt - außergewöhnlich schön und besonders.Ein wundervolles Erlebnis!

Super logement je recommande fortement. Super bien placé proche du centre et assez calme. Proche du métro et du tramway. Hôte super chaleureux et sympathique. Logement très lumineux. C’est un super rapport qualité prix. L’appartement est propre, bien équipé. J’ai adorer mon séjour et encore merci Luigi.

Kasia is an excellent host and the apartment is really nice. Plenty of good restaurants etc. close by. The only the thing to be aware of is that the apartment is located on a pretty busy/noisy street and the apartment living room got very hot during our visit but it was almost too noisy too open the windows on the street facing side

Miejsce zgodne z opisem. Apartament był bardzo czysty i w pełni wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Małgorzata była responsywna, pomocna i bardzo uprzejma. W niektórych opiniach pojawia się informacje o tym, że słychać samoloty — tak, słychać, ale apartament jest bardzo blisko lotniska, więc jak dla mnie jest to w pełni zrozumiałe. Okna są szczelne i dobrze tłumią hałasy. W 100% polecam to miejsce ♥️

The apartment was in a very convenient part of town, near central station. Easy to reach most of the places by foot. For check in, host sent some photos, to make it easier to find, but unfortunatelly some photos didn't match the real place (entrance gate, door), but we managed to find our place. The only thing I didn't like was shower, as it was one of those with open side, so water splashes on the floor. Overall it was a great place to stay in!

I stayed at Susan's place for over a month, and it was totally worth it! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and has everything one needs for a long stay (even more, honestly). I also liked the location: a nice and quiet residential area, grocery stores nearby, and very close to the metro and tram stations. It takes you around 15-20 minutes to get to the city center and the old town. Susan herself was a great host, always ready to communicate and adjust to the changing schedule. I highly recommend this flat!

I’ve been pleased to stay in this apartment. Very clean, tidy, well furnished, amazing appliances, very bright and comfortable. If you are travelling 2 and more people- highly recommend. The owner is fast responsive and polite. Thank him for the hospitality and accommodation
