Apartment with beautiful view, heated pool

Our family house is situated near the center of Pag, in an oasis of peace and silence. It takes you a few minutes to the beautiful beaches. In our house you can find accommodation in well-arranged apartments with big terraces with beautiful view on the sea and city, with heated pool. You can also enjoy your time in large open space with grill. Spend your holidays in our apartments and enjoy the beaches and the natural beauty of our island Pag. The pool is available from mid-May to early October.

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Modern new apartment MARKO (No.4)

Modern luxury villa with swimming pool and sea-view. The villa has 5 modern furnished apartments for 6 persons with spacious terrace and beautiful sea view. Apartment features free wi fi, air conditioning and parking place. In the garden is nice pool (shared with other guests ) where guests can peacefully relax during the day. Villa is located on only few min by walk from the beach and not far from city center. Grocery and bus stop with directly lines to Zrce beach are next to the villa.

Das Apartment Calimera ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt im 3. Stock, dadurch ist der Blick auf das Meer garantiert ob in der Früh beim Frühstück oder Abends wenn die Stadt Novalja erleuchtet. Das Apartment ist 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Bis zum Strand sind es 300 meter. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 50 meter vom Apartment entfernt. Der Strand Zrce ist 2,3 km entfernt.

The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. In the yard there is a fireplace, a table with chairs for enjoying the summer evenings. Apartment is 200 m from the sea and the beach, 800 m from the main town beach, and 1000 m from the center. In the immediate vicinity there is a grocery store and restaurants. Apartment in the center of Novalja

Hello... This is apartment for 5 persons. The apartment is very close to center (around 300 m far away) and bus station for go to party beach Zrće (few minutes walking). Cafe bars, markets and restaurants are very close, 300 m for walking. The sea is close (around 200 m). You have sea view from balcony. You can leave Your car on safely, on our private parking.

Villa Luka (apartment no2) Luxury, heated pool

Villa Luka was completely renovated in spring 2020 into a luxury 3 apartment villa. Each apartment has an entire floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and private terrass overlooking the mountains. The pool is shared between the 3 apartments and the water is heated to make sure you can enjoy your swim!
