Within a walking distance of 4-10 mins are pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, a department store, bus station. Parking in front of the house Fri-Sun free, other days for a fee.

The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.

There is a big parking lot infront of the building, with free parking, so this is a perfect place to be if you go to Prague by car. There are many supermarkets nearby, as well as parks and a hiking trail towards the Vltava river. No noise at all as this is a quiet residential neighbourhood.
