Ya es el tercer año que nos quedamos ahí y nos gusta mucho. cómodas instalaciones, buena ubicación, limpieza en las instalaciones, en general muy agradable.

A mí familia y a mi nos encantó este lugar, es como se describe, centrico y la pasamos muy agradable, además Betzabeth y Dani estuvieron muy al pendiente de nuestra llegada, el condominio estaba limpio, nos esperaron con agüita en el refrigerador y los ventiladores/aire encendidos lo cual se nos hizo muy buen gesto de su parte, la comunicación fue muy oportuna en todo momento, sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar con ellos.

Excelente atención por parte de los anfitriones, es la segunda vez que me hospedo en este lindo condo y sin duda habrá 3era

Our family of 7 had great time at Oscar’s place. There was enough room for everyone. The location is great and very safe. The villa was as described.

I have only good things to say about my six-day stay. The apartment is in a great location -- close to fine restaurants, the boardwalk, the market, and two beaches. The room was spacious with lots of sunlight and a balcony to sit in the mornings and early evening. Celia goes out of her way to make guests feel at home. She even organizes a happy hour in the terraza for guests to mingle and chat.

Nos encantó el lugar, es muy tranquilo y familiar, justo lo que buscábamos. Fernando fue muy atento y nos respondió a la brevedad, seguro volveríamos al lugar.

Un departamento muy agradable para quedarse, la piscina super limpia y agusto, la cocina, el baño y los cuartos impecables, muy buen lugar para quedarse y trasladarse en carro por la ciudad, recomiendo ampliamente el departamento de Karla, siempre en comunicación y con indicaciones claras, muchas gracias!.

To say I didn’t want to leave that view would be an understatement!! The condo was clean, close to great restaurants and beaches. The taxi driver had a difficult time locating the condo but we eventually found it!

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue excelente. Pasamos 4 días y 3 noches en un espacio acogedor, bien cuidado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para sentirnos como en casa. Desde el primer momento, la anfitriona nos recibió con amabilidad y atención, asegurándose de que tuviéramos una experiencia agradable. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de las playas y el ambiente es perfecto para descansar y disfrutar. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y volveríamos en el futuro. ¡Gracias por una gran experiencia!

Great hosts and an incredible condo, location and views. Unit is spacious and well done. Balcony is quite large with beautiful views of the pool and beach. Condo staff is great. A great place to stay when exploring Ixtapa and Zihua!!! We will be back!

Eric & Alejandra were great hosts. We loved the location, easy walk to beach, market and numerous great restaurants in Centro. Taxi stand right across the street from complex. Nice complex with two pools. Unit is fantastic, AC in bedroom, nice living room, kitchen, dining area as well as 3 private outdoor spaces. Great internet. Highly recommend it, we will be back!!

Todo increíble, departamento en una zona super céntrica, con una vista preciosa, Gerardo super amable. Super recomendado

El departamento es tal cual la imagen, el área de la cocina y sala son muy amplias y la recámara tiene un buen tamaño, la alberca estaba limpia y todos los dias iban a hacer limpieza, la anfitriona siempre fue muy amable

Amazing area with easy access to town. Beach is just a short walk away. the pool is amazing which has a snack bar. We really enjoyed our stay here. would recommend.

Estuvimos muy a gusto en el departamento. El lugar es muy bonito e ideal para familias. La piscina tiene un gran área de chapoteadero para los pequeños y el condominio cuenta con ludoteca, para nosotros estuvo perfecto.

This was our fifth visit to the Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo area. We have never stayed in the Marina but this was a pleasant surprise. The view of the bay is spectacular - best we have had. The unit is well equipped with gas stove top and all of the cooking utensils you need. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. Howard is a good host. He answered all of my questions and the property manager met us promptly at the property. The only negative for some folks is that it is a 15 min walk to the main Ixtapa restaurant district. We enjoyed the walk and there are a few closer restaurants in the marina. The benefit is that this resort is much quieter than some of the resorts we stayed at that were closer. Overall highly recommended!
