Nilay and Sencer's appartment is very nice, clean and having a local spirit. We were welcomed warmly by Sencer. The tram and bus stops are very close: less than 5 minutes away and you would need 10-15 minutes to reach Galata. If you arrive in Istanbul by car - there's a paid parking nearby that can be used for 15 EUR/24h. We also enjoyed a lot our visit to Sencer's Pizzarotti restaurant, where we had the pleasure to taste his local pizza inventions and have a conversation.

The apartment is a lovely first-floor flat located in a central neighborhood, close to the train station that connects directly to the city center. Despite its central location, it is very quiet at night with no noise. It has a washing machine and a drying rack, as well as a good internet connection. The place was very clean. I would happily recommend it to anyone planning to visit Istanbul.

Отличный апартамент! Всё было как на фото — чисто, уютно, комфортно. В квартире есть всё необходимое. Расположение удобное — рядом остановки трамвая и автобуса. Отдельно хотим отметить хозяина: очень добрый, отзывчивый, всегда был на связи и помогал по всем вопросам. Рекомендуем!

Metin Bey çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Geldiğim gece anahtarı bana verebilmek için bekledi,mutfakta ikramlıklar vardı sağolsun!… Yolda birşey yiyemediğim için kendisine sorduğumda açıkta olan bir çorbacı için kendisi hemen beni çorba içmeye götürdü ve ödettirmedi de! Ev aynı Fotoğraf daki gibi çok temiz, ihtiyacınız olan herşey var. Heryere gidebilmek çok kolay ve yakınlarda metrobüs,otobüsler vs. Var👌 Eğer İstanbul da güzel bir ev ve konum arıyorsanız, gönül rahatlığıyla burayı seçmenizi tavsiye ederim!… Tekrar çok teşekkür Metin Bey!…🙏

Burak bey kapıda karşıladı ve öncesinde de tüm sorularıma anında cevap verdi. Ev fotoğraflardaki gibiydi. Temizlenmişti ve günlük ihtiyaçlara uygun temiz malzemeler mevcuttu. Konum olarak rahatlıkla Marmara’ya vesaire ulaşım sağlanabiliyor. İhtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz her şey çevrede bulunuyor. Giriş çıkış konusunda da Burak bey yardımcı oluyor. Rahatlıkla tercih edilebilir.

I cannot thank Hamza enough for his hospitality, good spirit and kindness. Right from the start, he was so helpful, very responsive, flexible and super friendly. The apartment is beautiful, well furnished, very clean and has everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is amazing as well, true that it is a bit far from some main attractions but it’s so well connected and central. There are so many restaurants and shopping centers around it too. The area is very safe and clean. All in all, we were very happy with the apartment and our host. 100% recommend!

The accommodation was very nice. My wife and our two dogs enjoyed our stay. The small patio made it easy to take our dogs out for their needs, and she had water with a hose that was easy to clean every day. Gulsah was friendly and always willing to help with any questions. Thank you very much.

Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully restored historic home! The house is full of charm and character, with a perfect balance of spacious communal areas for everyone to enjoy and enough bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a large group. The neighborhood is stunning and well-connected, with easy access to both the old and new parts of the city via ferry and tram. Our host was incredibly attentive and responsive to all our needs, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you're traveling with a group, consider requesting extra keys for added convenience. Highly recommend this wonderful place!

Todo estuvo perfecto. La casa es hermosa tal cual se describe en las fotos. Tuvimos un detalle con el internet y con un baño, e inmediatamente fueron y lo resolvieron. Sin duda regresaríamos mil veces. Está súper céntrico y todo se puede hacer a pie si te gusta caminar .

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

We enjoyed every minute of of our stay in the house . It was so comfortable especially for a large group of people . There was a room in the first floor which was very useful for older people a bathroom and shower in the first floor . The rooms upstairs were all so spacious, very beautiful . House was a combination of modern and old which gives a nice vibe ! Denis himself was very responsive! Any time we needed to ask something he was just replying in a second . We all enjoyed our stayed ! The turkish and suna were both made our trip! I recommend this place to anyone who likes to visit the old istanbul with lots of touristic area right next to you !

Great stay in the heart of the city right next to Taksim. Easy to find, just a short climb away from the main attractions. The apartment is well fitted with everything one might need, is clean and has an airy feel. Since it is in quite a central location it might have a bit of noise background but otherwise perfect for most visitors.

We loved our stay in the apartment, felt like home, great view, friendly host, bus 100 m from apt directly to Hagia Sofia - Grand Bazzar area. Lots of shops, places to eat and life of Istanbul all around the apartment. We had a parking spot assured. Would recommend and re-book it.

Erhan has been a great host and provided easy and straightforward instructions and advice. Was very responsive to our questions and requests too. Would definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in a homely environment instead of a hotel.

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

El departamento de Ugur es como lo que muestran las fotos, amplio y funcional. Los muebles cómodos. La decoración neutra y minimalista. Sábanas y toallas blancas de buena calidad. Los baños con buena presión de agua, aunque falto shampoo y enjuague como se anunciaba. Por suerte el departamento era interno, evitando ruidos y música siendo la estancia muy tranquila. Ubicado a 6 cuadras de la plaza taksim, que te permite ir a todas las atracciones de la ciudad. Gracias Ugur y Omer.
