Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

Very great houseing experience, even the price is affordable but the service is definitely super. Kadir is a kind and friendly host, he helped us moving the luggage both on our way of check-in and check-out, he even helped me translating while talking with the local taxi driver. The house is absolutely amazing, exactly the same according to the photos, nice and clean, and it’s great to taking pictures while suns out. Balat is also my fav district in Istanbul, almost all the rum churches in Istanbul are in walkable distance. And if u wanna visit downtown, the T5 tram train station is only 5 mins away from the door step, everything is convenient. I’m glad that we booked this gorgeous place, if we had chance coming back to Istanbul, this place would definitely be our first choice on the list.

The accommodation is in a very quiet street. Its around 10 minutes walk from the metro station and 3 minutes walk from the bus station. Mert gave clear instructions about the arrival, so we had no problems with that. Excellent value for money, therefore highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed at Özlem and her partner’s place for more than one month! For us it was the first trip experience in the role of the Airbnb guest and this experience is, I can say, magnificent and amazing and absolutely met our expectations! The apartment was completely the same with the description and the photos! The apartment was totally clean, towels, bathrobes, cooking stuff, beautiful pillows, iron, pans, plates etc ( actually everything that you need for the most comfortable staying) were prepared for us in a timely manner. Also the sweets and fruits were kindly served when we checked in! Enjoyed a lot! Also, can’t help saying a few words about the view ! From your apartment balcony you will see the typical Balat, one of the ancient and historical places of Istanbul and many tourists who come here to take the photo with the beautiful colourful buildings, and from the terrace there will be the view of Golden Horn , which will totally amaze your imagination! Our love with Istanbul and its rich history started from this place and we will never regret and forget this experience! Özlem and her partner are the best hosts ever with a big heart! This place is highly recommended as the best start to get acquainted with Istanbul history where you will be able to stay like at home exploring many places around! Many churches, places worth visiting, restaurants, cafes! Breakfast in Velvet is the best , also check the Pianto to try amazing coffee ! (5 mins walk from the apartment)! Every Tuesday there is a local market with fresh fruit, vegetables, cheese , meat and fish close to home! When checked out due to the traffic jams etc we weren’t be able to take a taxi or book from Uber, so Ozlem’s partner took for us the taxi from the street ! Accommodation was decent enough if travelling on a budget. Ozay was responsive and helpful with flexible check-in and out. There is some hill-walking involved to get to the main shops.

Sinan и его отец Махмуд аби очень хорошие отзивчивые люди .Они нам помогли с ранним заселением так как наш самолет прилетел рано утром .Махмуд аби нас лично встретил все обяснил .Квартира светлая чистая просторная точно как на фотографии даже лучше.Все продумано до мелочей нам было очень камфортно с 2 мя детми .Махмуд аби быстро отвечал на все вопросы .Расположение квартиры отличное близко ко всем достопремечательностям .Мы отлично провели время .Спасибо хозяевам Мы очень доволны .
