Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Die Wohnung "Max" hat einen Schlafraum mit Doppelbett, eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Mikro/Grill, Geschirrspüler und Frühstückstisch, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Essecke und Couch und eine eigene Terrasse. Genieße Whirlpool und Sauna mit Blick auf unsere Waldschafe oder verwöhne dich am Grill in der Outdoorküche!

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Our rentable space includes one bedroom with a double bed, desk and TV, one bathroom with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a dining area. Wi-Fi is available. There is no washing machine in the apartment, however, in accordance with us, there is the possibility to wash your clothes. Feel free to use our garden. Parking space is available. Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele, direkt am Weg zum Lugauer. Für ihre Kinder ist genug Platz um zu Spielen , Tiere streicheln und beobachten. Zum Entspannen haben sie am Waldesrand Sitzgelegenheiten und Platz zum Grillen.
