The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Rosenhof and has a covered 19 m² balcony, which extends over the entire length of the apartment with a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Im Sommer findet ihr hier zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu wandern, zu klettern oder zu mountainbiken und könnt euch danach im Naturpool erfrischen oder in unserer Panoramasauna mit Blick auf den Hochkönig entspannen.

Einzigartige Lage zwischen Loferbach und Berg in Alleinlage und doch nur 3-5 Gehminuten vom Ortszentrum und dem Skilift entfernt. 120m vom Haus befindet sich der Loferer Wasserfall, entspanntes Schlafen mit dem Rauschen des Baches im Hintergrund... Die Wohnung hat einen Südbalkon und große Westterrasse mit Blick auf die Steinberge, die zum Chillen einlädt, ein Kaminofen macht das Schlafen im Himmelbett besonders kuschelig.
