Considering the language difference the communication was very good via AirBnb messages and Whats App. House was easy to find and it had a very homely feeling to it with plenty of space and a nice garden for some fresh air. Only 20 mins drive to centre of Brussels so was perfect for our break

Très bon séjour dans cette charmante maison, l'accès à la ville de Bruxelles et ses alentours est très simple et peu cher. David était très sympathique et joignable, pour le prix, foncez y sans soucis.

What an amazing gem this house is - highly recommend and completely undestand the perfect 5 star reviews. The house is beautiful, huge garden, absolutely peaceful and blissful - we didn't want to leave and are already planning another longer visit. It is clean, has all amenities you need (big fridge, coffee machine, etc), convenient kitchen with sitting places, and a huge dining room with a fireplace. at the same time it is less than 10 min walk from the train station taking you to Brussels, and 7 min drive from Wavre, which has nice stores and cafes. However, we didn't even feel the need to leave and spent most of the time in the garden. Absolutely recommend the experience.

This house is fantastic! Geraldine is an amazing host who is very helpful and incredibly quick to respond to any query you may have! I love this house and I highly recommnend it. The place is so clean and nicely furnished. It will make you feel home! The location is perfect. It is removed from the traffic and so close to all the shop and restaurants. There is a lovely garden. The house have everything you need to have a very comfortable stay with a "home like" feeling. Every time I go to Belgium I stay at this house and I am NEVER disappointed.

A very large, stunning and comfortable flat with a beautiful garden. Dominique is super friendly and helpful. We felt right at home and would have loved to stay longer. Big recommendation

The best place we've been to in Belgium. The owners are very responsive. The territory is huge. There are children's entertainment. There is an area around with horses and a field. If you rent this property, you will be very lucky. Free parking nearby. Very safe and quiet place. In addition to all the attractions, there is also a barbecue

This location was above and beyond even what it looked like in the pictures. It was quite spacious and perfect for a more private location out of the city center. The host even sent someone over to assist when I had a minor maintenance request which was love to see. Would definitely recommend.

Heerlijke dagen gehad met de kids! Prachtige keuken en enorme tuin met leuk speeltoestel en trampoline. Zwembad was bij aankomst 24 graden maar mocht opgestookt worden naar 28 graden (heerlijke temperatuur). Openen en sluiten van het zwembad ging lastig maar Julien was ook hierbij zeer behulpzaam. Brussel op 30 minuten afstand met genoeg tips vanuit Julien qua restaurants en shop locaties. Als het mogelijk is komen we hier zeker nog eens terug. Bedankt Julien en Kimmy dat we in jullie prachtige huis mochten verblijven ;-)!

Met de hele familie, 6 volwassenen en 4 kleine kinderen, zijn we een week te gast geweest bij Priscilla. Bij aankomst werden we ontvangen door Sylvian, de buurman. Een zeer gastvrije, vriendelijke en lieve man. Hij heeft ons alles gewezen en enkele tips aan de hand gedaan. De locatie was voor ons geweldig mede ook door het mooie weer. Hierdoor hebben wij optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad en de mooie parkachtige tuin (met een mooie tennisbaan). We zijn hier goed tot rust gekomen en hebben genoten van de mooie omgeving. Heuvelachtig maar mooi om fietstochten te maken. Absoluut een aanrader.

The house is lovely & neighborhood was quiet. It has all the necessary amenities in the house. Caroline was super responsive & accomodating. The outdoor space need a freshen up but it was winter for us so it didnt bother us. But I am sure she will handle that for summer stays. The outdoor space is so lovely for summer with all the seating areas & pool. The house is lovely with kids there is a little swing & play area. A tree house. The only struggle was the missing garage key as we had to run to get the door open from inside to open the automatic door as the remote was missing. But it was not their fault previous tenant took it. We will go back to this house & recommend it.

Die Villa sieht noch beeindruckender aus als auf den Fotos. Für unsere große Gruppe war genug Platz. Über den riesigen Garten haben sich auch unsere Hunde sehr gefreut. Patrick war gut erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet.

An absolute heaven of tranquility and peace in the centre of a most beautiful city. The house is a real diamond - hidden away in a secret location but so spacious, beautiful and in an excellent condition of everything provided in it. We had the very best time!

Helemaal geen probleem. De grond en het gebouw waren allebei mega schoon, alles was goed schoongemaakt, en communicatie was top. Caroline beantwoordde altijd zeer snel en op een vriendelijke en behulpzame manier, en ze verwelkolmde ons zelfs toen we toekwamen. We hadden het echt naar ons zin.

Merci à Jean-Luc qui nous a réservé bon accueil dans sa maison très sympa. Nous y avons passé un séjour cosy, l'emplacement était idéal pour se déplacer en Belgique.

Logement très beau. Très bien équipé. À deux pas du centre. Le chien du voisin a beaucoup aboyé.

très belle maison pour une réunion. de famille. les nombreuses chambres et salles de bain permettent un confort optimal à 10 personnes, la cuisine avec vue sur la piscine permet de surveiller les enfants aisément.

wij hebben het echt fantastisch gehad met ons gezin! wat hebben we genoten! prachtig huis prachtig zwembad... lieve buren... zeker de moeite waard om terug te komen!

We stayed the weekend at Ronny’s place for a girls getaway. The host was extremely friendly and gave us lots of local recommendations and also made a reservation at a local restaurant for us. He was a very attentive host and happy to help with all our questions and needs. Ronny‘s home was very clean. The beds were comfortably. The kitchen had all the essentials. We were happy with our stay and would recommend it.

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit Pool gemietet und es war alles einwandfrei! Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Danke an Nicolas für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und die sehr gute Kommunikation. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder!

Wij verbleven hier met een groep van 10 jongvolwassenen voor een verlengd weekend en het was top. Het verblijf voldeed volledig aan onze verwachtingen: ruim, schoon, goed uitgerust en perfect gelegen om samen te ontspannen en te genieten. Alles was netjes in orde en de communicatie met de host verliep vlot en hartelijk. Een absoluut hoogtepunt was de wijnproeverij op het domein zelf. De gastheer nam echt de tijd om ons rond te leiden en meer te vertellen over hun wijnen. De sfeer was relaxed, de wijnen heerlijk en het was een unieke ervaring die ons weekend extra bijzonder maakte. Zeker een aanrader voor grotere groepen die op zoek zijn naar een gezellige, rustige plek met een authentieke en lokale touch. We zouden zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken!
