Interesting two-floor interior consists of a living room, kitchen and a dining room combined, two bedrooms with own bathrooms, and a wide terrace with a sea view. The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Charming sea view apartment

Apartment is located in the family house in very peaceful and safe neighborhood surrounded by other family houses, 20 minutes walking distance from the crowd, heat and noise of Old Town (1800 meters). Bus station and supermarket are 5-7 minutes away as well as Dubrovnik business center with banks, posts, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, ferry to islands Korcula, Hvar and Brac and open market with fresh local fruits and vegetables.

Peaceful and nature orientated cottage apartment with a swimming pool. Ideal for a couple or a family who want a swimming pool property, but don't fancy paying for a large villa for 10-12 people. It is just 15min ride with a car (or 25min with a bus) from the Old Town of Dubrovnik. If you book a stay of 7 nights or longer, we'll organize a gratis incoming transfer from the airport or port!

Lapad Seafront /large private terrace above sea/

It is wonderfully situated, among very few in Dubrovnik so close to the sea. You can relax on a huge private terrace for your exclusive use, swim on the pebbled beaches , or on other secluded spots in the bay. From our terrace you'll have uninterrupted view of the sea all day. Bus stops, supermarkets, walking path and boat rental are nearby. Old Town is 5-10 minutes drive.
