"Estia" is a fully renovated, spacious 2nd floor apartment, located in the heart of the city of Volos, with the best view of the main square of St Nicholas. The apartment is located next to the pedestrian commercial Ermou Street, with many lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops. In just 5 min of walking, you can reach the water front, the promenade and the Harbor area. The apartment is situated at 5-7 min walking distance from a community parking.

An ideal location for easy commuting without a car. No yard or balcony, but excellent value for money. Minimal decor, pleasant atmosphere.

Hi Chipmunk apartment is located just a block away from the port of volos in the middle of everything the city has to offer .If you wish to stay in you can relax and enjoy your 65"smart TV with a espresso cup of coffee plus the washer and dryer it helps in case you need it. one more thing is that you surrounded by shops restaurants and bars !! and the waterfront is just around the corner plus is the most quiet place downtown enjoy your stay!

It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.
