ci siamo trovati benissimo, hotel in una zona bellissima in un quartiere fuori Amsterdam davvero soddisfatti.

Un logement atypique dans le grenier d’une maison typique d’Amsterdam. Des escaliers étroits mènent dans cette chambre pleine de charme (Joris nous a aidés pour les valises merci !), et cela en vaut la peine ! Une décoration soignée, une petite terrasse au calme, tout ce qu’il faut pour le petit déjeuner, et que dire de la mezzanine avec les deux lits qui ressemble à une petite cabane ! Joris nous a accueillis en personne et nous avons eu l’occasion de nous croiser plusieurs fois, un échange très agréable. Le logement est très bien situé (moins de 10 min à pied de la gare), et toutes les visites sont accessibles à moins d’une demi heure de marche pour les plus lointaines (mais quelle belle demi heure de marche le long des canaux). Hormis le jour du Kingsday où tout Amsterdam est en fête, le logement est très calme. Excellent hôte, excellente adresse, excellent logement… nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We had a great stay at Davide’s place! He was very responsive, informative, and helpful throughout. It was quite cold during our visit, and when we asked for extra blankets and more heat, he took care of it immediately—much appreciated! The best part is definitely the location: right in the city center, literally steps from restaurants, bars, shops, and just an alley away from Kalverstraat, the main shopping street. The apartment itself is comfortable, with plenty of snacks provided (thank you!). It’s also easy to access, with both tram and metro stops nearby. As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep—but that’s typical for Amsterdam. If you’re traveling with large luggage and don’t have mobility concerns, it’s totally manageable. Would definitely recommend!

The host is very kind, I will definitely come back next time. Everyone should come here to experience it. It's cheap and very good❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing time at this peaceful and beautiful place! We stayed for 5 days and came by car. We were surprised how wonderful and pretty the whole property is decorated and felt like we found a little oasis in this garden. It had a pond, several sitting spots, two sheep, cuddly cats and more. We actually took off time of our city trip to spend more time in the garden :D Good breakfast, functioning and clean kitchen, pretty and clean rooms… we don’t have anything to complain about! Thank you for everything :) we will return!

Muy lindo lugar, personal muy amable. El desayuno vale la pena, es muy abundante y rico. Muchas gracias por la hospitalidad , nos encantó el hotel, zona muy tranquila y la habitación muy cómoda.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Nähe von Muiderslot, in einer wunderschöne Gegend und nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Park & Ride nach Amsterdam. Perfekte Lage und fußläufig zum Strand. Außerdem sehr nette Gastgeber, klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Vom Bahnhof sind es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Gastgeber war überaus aufmerksam und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Only stayed one night but really enjoyed my time. Staff were welcoming and so helpful. Felt secure as a solo female traveller. The hotel was historic and full of character. Right in the centre of Amsterdam red light district, so lots to do day and night. My room overlooked the canal so I had fun watching the myriads of boats passing by filled with tourists getting to know the city.

Really lovely stay - amazing room! Location was really good and not too long into the city centre on the bus/ferry - walking took longer but it was still doable. Mieke was really friendly and very helpful, quick with responses and understanding. Would definitely recommend - just make sure you look into the public transport ahead of time to make sure you are happy to make that journey. :)

Hôtel, propre, calme, confortable, très bien situé, au cœur du quartier rouge, à 10 mn de la gare. Accueil très chaleureux du gérant (Karl). Personnel agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel pour visiter Amsterdam.
