We loved our stay at Nami's place. It overlooked the forest and water, so we could enjoy nature from the room or the bathtub. Every space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, while still being tidy and free of clutter. Everything was clean, comfortable and done with attention to detail. There were even two bikes for our use. Nami was a friendly and helpful host who gave clear instructions and responded quickly to all communications. We would love to stay here again!

What a beautiful, minimalist apartment just by the sea (two roads across), which is audible and visible. Toshi and Reiko are great hosts, there attention to detail is remarkable, everything you need is there and their assistance is very helpful. Usami itself is a small village with few shops, few hikes around (yet difficult to find). It is well connected by train, too, we arrived from Hiroshima and went to Hakone and Tokyo afterwards. Perfect for a getaway from the buzzing tourist cities and to feel at home in Japan! Again, thank you, if possible we will be back or at least highly recommend.

A wonderful place to stay after a long day soaring over Hakone, a short uphill walk from the stations. Lots of amenities, great hospitality, definitely gonna recommend this place to anyone that has a plan to go around the area.

The host was friendly and responsive. We felt warmly welcomed by the Red Bean Cakes after our long drive. The apartment was clean, stylish, and well-equipped—everything felt new, and the powerful hair dryer and modern appliances were a plus. Laundry was convenient, and the dryer was especially helpful on a cold, rainy day. We loved the remote-controlled lights by the bed and found the beds and sofa very comfortable. Seeing Mt. Fuji from the back balcony was exciting, just as described. The surrounding neighborhood isn’t very scenic, with train tracks nearby, but it added a quiet, rural charm. Parking was close and convenient, though muddy when it rained—some flowers or greenery would make the entrance more inviting. The unit is on the second floor, and carrying up two large suitcases was a bit of a challenge. We don’t recommend bringing more than two big ones, as space is tight. Overall, it was a lovely Airbnb stay. Thanks to the host for the thoughtful touches and clear directions!

Nous ne sommes resté qu'une nuit mais nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps. Le logement est vraiment beau et la vue incroyable au réveil. C'est parfait pour un moment de repos, au calme, durant un séjour au japon.

Superbe maison avec une vue directe sur la plage. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos deux enfants. Cuisine très bien équipée et environnement très calme. Arrêt de bus à proximité je recommande!

Thanks so much we really enjoyed the stay and especially the stunning view. Pizza place below is excellent and shuts at 8:30pm so the little noise you can hear stops early. Lots of surfers in the waves but beach is pretty empty. Thanks so much!

Logement impeccable. Tout y est très bien pensé pour s'y sentir bien tout de suite. Très bon emplacement, la plage direct en bas de l'immeuble et une belle vue sur la mer. Plus toutes les commodités a 5 mn en voiture. Cheryl répond rapidement a nos questions. Merci a elle.

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Yoko und wieder sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist unglaublich groß und alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und Yoko hat sich gut um uns gekümmert, sie hat sogar extra etwas für uns gekocht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

숙소가 너무 조용해서 좋았어요. 그래도 10분만 걸어가면 관광지라 편하기도 했습니다!
