We chose this house for a small family vacation. We all enjoyed the beautiful views, the hot tub, and the beautiful views for miles. We would book this home again in the future!

Even better than described or pictured! Filled with character -- the variety of plants indoors and outdoors, and the vinyl collection, were true standouts. We enjoyed sunrises and sunsets and desert views. The weather was cooler and windier than usual so we weren't able to enjoy the pool area as much as we would have liked, but we enjoyed one day of heaven out there! Highly recommend to those looking for a private getaway that's close enough to Yucca Valley for convenient food and drink runs.

What a beautiful place! The house was so pretty and well furnished we felt so comfortable. The dirt road could be a little tricky for smaller cars but it is doable as long as you drive carefully. The location felt distant enough that you could really just relax and enjoy being away from the city. The stars at night were amazing! Had a great weekend getaway.

Molly has a beautiful house, cozy, next to many interesting points near Joshua Tree National Park. The place is so cute you actually feel bad for leaving to see the tourist spots hahaha. You feel like spending the whole day just enjoying the nice and cozy vibe of the house.

Great place to stay when visiting the Joshua Tree area. Just a few minutes from the west entrance to the National park, and only about 20 minutes from the 29 Palms entrance. This made it very easy to visit Joshua Tree in both the morning and evening. The house is nice and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The ping pong table is a fun touch. The yard is beautiful and I enjoyed stargazing at night. There were a lot of food options in the area for if you wanted to eat out or eat in. The hosts were easy to communicate with as well.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Alex’s slice of desert paradise! The reality was even better than the listing; it felt like we had our own private desert compound. The beds were comfortable with soft, cozy linens and we all fell in love with the big, comfy couch! The location could not have been more convenient for access to JTNP, but the view from the front porch almost made a day of hiking unnecessary. The bedrooms are limited on bureau storage and hangers, so keep that in mind if you’re going with a large group who would prefer to not live out of their suitcases. However, all other amenities were as promised and totally sufficient for our stay. This is a truly special property and we so enjoyed our time together there. Thank you!

I had a last-minute trip to Joshua Tree and couldn’t be happier with where I ended up. Amanda‘s place was perfect. It had everything I needed. And I had a restful sleep.

This is a little sanctuary in the desert. Really interesting and thoughtful design inside, Audrey is a gem of a human. Highly recommended for a starry escape, would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat

Such a great beautiful place to stay. It was definitely a home away from home. Very close to Joshua Tree State Park, Good food, flea market and amazing stores. Loved how it also had a little corner with lounge chairs to enjoy the stars.

Great location to the national park! We were able to get into the park early and before the crowds. Walkable to several restaurants and shops. Several floor rugs were a tripping hazard- I would recommend getting new ones or just removing. Beds and furniture were comfortable.

The studio was very cozy! It was what we needed for our Joshua Tree trip- comfortable beds, AC, kitchen, and we loved the added amenities of the pool after a long day of hiking and the deck for stargazing (the skies were clear and incredible). Thank you for hosting!

Amazing stay! One of our favorites so far. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. I love the decor in the room. It was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the quiet environment and privacy!

Tracy and Colleen's place is comfortable and functional. The bed and pillows are also very comfortable + the place had everything you need for short and long term stays. The outdoor space is also delightful. We loved watching the sunset everyday from the front porch with the birds and the occasional bunny or desert squirrel. The location is great. We loved how close it is to the National park. We stayed for almost 3 months and enjoyed our stay. Tracy and Colleen were responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a couple concerns upon check-in and they were prompt in answering and handling our concern. We both work from home and they were kind to leave a desk for us which was super helpful. We had a wonderful time! The perfect location for a desert getaway with a beautiful view both by day and night (the stargazing is unmatched!). Hope to visit again.
