My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed here and it was perfect! When we walked into the private entrance all 3 kids said “wow!” Our place was surrounded by jungle and a peaceful pool with waterfall. It was a perfect location, as we walked to Xplor park one day and xcaret the next day. Sara even offered and picked us up after a full late day at excaret, so we didn’t have to walk back in dark or get a taxi. Sara owns a cafe that is on the property. We ate delicious breakfast every morning, drinking coffee surrounded by beautiful scenery! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend.!

Ileana met us on arrival, responded promptly and the house was just what we expected. Near good restaurants, and easy walking distance to strip. Always felt safe and it was quiet.

Loved my stay! I was traveling alone and felt very safe here, Diana and Crystal were welcoming and fantastic hostesses. They’re very friendly and provided great advice and instructions for the area. The room was lovely, nestled in the top of their trees as pictured with a great variety of birds that were fun and relaxing to watch. The room was as pictured, you may see a gecko or an ant but that’s to be expected in this location. Thank you very much Diana and Crystal for sharing your beautiful space!

Stephanie’s casita was a great spot for the night before our flight out of CUN. She met us upon arrival, and took the time to walk us thru the property (including a tour of their beautiful gardens). Bed was comfy, and unit itself was cute and well maintained. We were able to find a nice restaurant and a bakery with the host’s direction. Great little family (met Stephanie’s mom) run property. Uber from this location to catch our flight was ~ $7 USD/10 minute drive.

Excellent location. Lots of places to eat. Collectivo goes right by the front door. Very centrally located to meet our needs.

We had a wonderful stay at Flor's place. The place is small but very charming and it's perfect for 1 or 2 people. The glass ceiling really gives it a unique feel. What really shines are the 3 amazing terraces with all kinds of plant life. A lot of thought and sweat equity was put in to create such a fine and peaceful place. The dipping pool is an added bonus after a day of walking around in the Merida heat. One caveat: the spiral staircase requires that you are mobile and not too wide. The location is a 5-minute walk from the Santiago Market and 12-15 minutes from Santa Lucia Park or Plaza Grande. As for hosting, Flor was very helpful and quick to answer all messages we sent and in person, she is truly a delightful person and her family is as well. Our conversations with Flor were always a pleasure. She is the kind of person that you would want to have as a friend. Additionally, she has a fantastic eye for design as can be seen by the way she decorates both inside and out.

Nancy was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and generous with her spectacular home. Our casita had all the little and big extras to make us completely comfortable. We were combining relaxing and working remotely and had excellent wifi speeds and the ability to take a break and swim some laps in her 25 meter pool! Nancy is so generous with her space— it almost felt like we had the whole gorgeous property to ourselves!! And she introduced us to a local Mayan liqueur that we now love — thank you for everything, Nancy!!!!

Ame este alojamiento, don Carlos muy amable me hizo sentir como en mi hogar, la casa estaba muy limpia olía bien tenía aromatizante automático, la piscina muy cómoda y la cama super cómoda y suavesitas, el TV de tamaño grande para ver series, el agua caliente en el baño, me encanto. Es muy cercano a paradero del transporte publico y la ubicación es ideal para que te recojan en distintos planes ya que es en la zona hotelera.

El lugar estuvo impecable, la vista preciosa, super amables y con muy buenas recomendaciones. son muy accesibles con los servicios que brindan, incluso nos prestaron bicicletas para recorrer el lugar. Todo estuvo perfecto, desprograme el control del aire acondicionado por error, y fueron inmediatamente a repararlo. Sin duda volveremos algún día.

This was place amazing!!! Overall great location to visit. If you are a family or traveling with kids this is a must. Super comfortable stay. It is a 4 mins drive to Izamal although we stayed at the property the whole time. Great speed WiFi. Overall a great find. Will be back for sure.

Miguel’s guest house was a great stop on our last night in Mexico. It was perfectly located near the airport, was very clean and well appointed studio. We appreciated use of the pool and the great local recommendations. Miguel is fluent in English making communication easy. I would recommend this spot for anyone looking to start or end their Cancun adventure.

It's an authentic and unique place in the heart of Centro with tons of charma and character. Elvira was a wonderful hostess and very communicative! The price cannot be beat for what you get.

We had a good stay, it was clean and it looked like the pictures. Microwave is outside of the room. Close to the city center (walkable). The swimming pool is nice.

Such a special place! I had an amazing stay at Casa Darcy. The room is cozy and beautifully designed. Karina is a great manager and it’s so helpful to have Lazaro driving me around. I’d love to come back and stay here again.

My stay at Samantha's Place was one to remember. I enjoyed the view, the sea breeze and the environment. It was worth it.

The Airbnb looks exactly like in the pictures – but in real life, it’s even more breathtaking. The entire place is very clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell that Mada put great effort into creating a unique experience. We booked the entire Casa Tuch – two gorgeous suites. Upstairs, there’s a living room with a terrace, perfect for relaxing. The open kitchen is absolutely breathtaking! Location: About a 15-minute walk to the city center, easy & affordable Uber rides. 💫 Mada is an amazing host! She is incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. No matter the time, she was there for us, giving great recommendations and ensuring we had the best stay. You can tell she truly cares and puts her heart into making every guest feel at home. She went above and beyond, showing patience, warmth, and genuine kindness. Hosts like her are rare! Had a wonderful stay and was very happy with the apartment. It was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly.
