If you need a Quite , Extremely clean and Peaceful Place, this is it . We enjoyed our stay and Anna was wonderful at responding quickly ( just needed to extend our stay ). A place away from home that feels like home ( without the noise and chaos ..lol) loved it and would 110% recommend

Good stay for the price, I would stay again. Nice quiet dead end street. Beautiful oak trees. Enjoyed walking in the park. Large dining hall with computer desk. Close to town, but still quiet. There’s 2 park gates across the street, one in each direction. But beware of the many large dogs often off leash inside the park. I appreciated not having an attached kitchen to the room, it made the room extra quiet (mini fridges buzzing in hotel rooms can be loud). I’m autistic and my nervous system could actually rest here. Soft bed. It is community living and sound travels, it was minimal but sometimes temporarily annoying. Some furniture was worn down but adequately covered. For women staying here: there are no deadbolts or security locks aside from the keypad, and the room door to the hallway opens outwards so an extra hotel security lock won’t work here.

Barbara was very warm and gracious and wanted us to feel at home in the studio. The studio is very spacious and everything in it is very high quality, often using distinctive natural materials - I particularly loved the bathroom and shower. The kitchen is very well equipped. The bed was very, very comfortable. There is the treat of a walk-in closet, and the fact Barbara and Richard provide yoga mats (that really made me smile as I would have packed my yoga mat if I could have!) and pool towels an example of their thoughtfulness and the luxury feel of our stay. The location is tranquil - you feel you are 'coming aside' from busyness. And the pool is beautiful - it was delightful to be able to refresh ourselves after our long journey! The studio itself was miraculously cool even while the temperatures outside were so very hot. As you can tell, we really really enjoyed our stay! Thank you very much Barbara and Richard!

We have stayed here twice it works for us when we are visiting family

I stayed at Bo’s place while on a work stretch at the hospital. I wasn’t there much except to sleep but the place was clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed for my stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Lorrie was very kind and helped me get into the door with the code. She also had people on site who assisted me. It was a great deal and I enjoyed my brief stay while up there working. The place was clean and in a central location to my job site. I appreciated their hospitality and assistance getting me inside. I highly recommend this Airbnb host! Thank you!

Place Was clean and so colorful inside. Very roomy. We didn’t have a problem with letting our kid walk the whole house multiple times. Since he’s an explorer. The host is Very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here regularly for work. Reliable location, easy to access even arriving into town late. Comfortable, functional, simple, works well as a home base.

I loved it here! Felt right at home:) the ac/heater is a bit loud, but I didn’t mind at all considering I can’t get comfortable in a quiet room so it worked out perfectly for me! Very clean, and I loved the TV that’s available. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Clean and in a quiet neighborhood

This is a lovely and beautifully tended space. Thoughtfully appointed, this snug unit had everything we needed for our long weekend. It is at the quiet end of the main street in Nevada City, so we easily walked to restaurants and the charming shops downtown. We would gladly recommend it to others who might be considering Nevada City as a getaway.

I like a big house with 7-8 bedrooms

Lorri is an amazing host. She is extremely responsive and kind. We had an issue getting into the gate. She had it fixed within seconds. She goes above and beyond for her guests. Cute spot. It was the perfect rest stop for our road trip.

This home was a fantastic place to stay, clean, well-appointed, and full of charm. The bed was especially cozy, making it easy to relax after a full day out. While parking took a little extra effort, the unbeatable location made it well worth it. I’d gladly return!

Staying with Danny & Joanie was like staying with old friends. Communication was quick, clear, friendly & welcoming. Close to town feeling worlds away. Their place was as described. The pictures cannot encompass the serenity or breathtaking beauty of the panoramic views from the large deck. The swimming hole was absolutely amazing! They had numerous sitting areas by the water & it was exquisitely peaceful. The water was so refreshing on a warm summer day & the waterfalls & pools were simply gorgeous. That swim was certainly one of the highlights of our journey, as was meeting Danny & Joanie. They were so kind & thoughtful, making sure all our needs were met without ever being intrusive. The bed & couch were comfy. The kitchen & bathroom had all the essentials along with many little touches like flashlights by each bedside. We enjoyed meals out on the expansive deck. We left refreshed & feeling we had 2 new, wonderful friends. We highly recommend their place for a comfy & relaxing stay.

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again.
