What a wonderful stay we had, from booking to arrival, departure and aftercare the hosts were amazing. The house was lovely, clean, spacious and a fab location for us and great local food establishments nearby. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled a long way and were delayed a few times but the hosts were flexible and patient on waiting for us. I also left a couple of items in the house and they very kindly posted them back to me. I can't recommend this place and the hosts enough. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you!!

It was a great home to make our base to the Lakes. Windermere is about 45 mins drive. the house had more bedroom than we expected, decent kitchen, 3 bathrooms and local superstores about 4 minutes drive. Free on street parking may not be found always outside the house but never more than a minute's walk away. the small patio at the back was nice right outside the kitchen. Definately good value for money!

Absolutely gorgeous stay where so much attention has been paid to the small details that make weary travellers like us comfortable. You can tell the owner Vicky really loves looking after guests. Beautiful surroundings too.

Stephens place is very close to the seafront and there are loads of amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a good stay..parking is avaible right outside the property. Definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊

Great place to stay, very homely and rooms are presented lovely!! Walking distance to Richmond town, was only a night stop over as moving out the area but would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to visit the area, accommodation price and what you get is amazing! Thank you x

If you’re staying in Pocklington then this house is fantastic. Huge! Clean! Warm and cosy. All the mod cons. Really really exceeded our expectations. It’s just a couple of minutes walk from Market Place. Only comment is that maybe there should be fans in all the bathrooms…otherwise, it’s like Dr. Who’s Tardis…way bigger than you think. Loved it.

House is clear with space . Hoist is kind and nice with well arrangement. VERY GOOD experience.

The check in was really smooth with the option for parking as well proved really easy and accessible especially in the city centre. The apartment was really clean had fantastic views sat on the 8th floor and is a great location for any business or leisurely visits within Sheffield, would highly recommend to anyone! Kenny was great throughout helped with any queries and a quality host, look forward to returning

lovely place to stay at. the hosts were very responsive and helpful. the apartment is perfect for a little weekend get away while still having the benefit of feeling at home. unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to family events but will definitely be rebooking when we can.

This is a very clever use of a small space. It is secure and very quiet, situated on a small residential road with views of a large garden to the rear. It is clean and comfortable, with kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. This was an ideal stay for a short visit to nearby family and one that we we will certainly consider in the future.

With only a few notes, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Works and give it 5 stars. Firstly, I made the mistake of not watching their video on finding the key box to the entrance lobby. Second, our Uber driver couldn’t find the exact location and we had to walk almost a block trying to find the small number (partially my fault for not watching their video though I expected our local driver to know better). The lift had just been repaired when we arrived and did go out of service once for a few hours but was quickly repaired. And we mistakenly assumed the front door locked on its own like a hotel door and were greeted by a young stranger in our kitchen one morning who’d mistaken our flat for his own. All things our fault, but you might make the same mistakes. The clear “door” in the ensuite bathroom created some privacy issues. And lastly, though the space wasn’t listed with a bidet, I struggle to understand why any place wouldn’t slap on a $35 bidet in 2025.

What a wonderful stay weve had with Jean. Jeans an accommodating host & I honestly could not recommend her enough! Me & my family have had the best two days here, thank you so much Jean, will deffo be staying again! X

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Karen (Hilary's daughter) was an amazing host: super friendly, communicative, and made everything really easy for us. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the little touches around the home made it feel very welcoming. We had a fantastic time and would definitely love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommend!

A beautiful cozy apartment at an affordable price, just minutes from Old Trafford, absolutely awesome. Efe was very communicative and prompt with his response, I’ll definitely be back next season and will also recommend for others, especially fellow United fans.

fantastic place, lovely & clean, everything you need for a comfy break. lovely little touches inside, books, dvds, good WiFi, comfy beds, perfect setting near beach. NOTE: if you suffer with feather/bird allergies, take your own pillows as most of the pillows/cushions were feather filled. Not the hosts fault, but just a note if you want to stay there ❤️

We had an incredible experience at Andrew's house. The location is fantastic, offering a stunning view. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We truly felt at home. This will be our only choice if we decide to travel to Scarborough again..

Fantastic time staying here on my 2nd visit. I stayed for a few weeks and felt right at home the whole time. Danielle was always on hand if I had a question. She was always very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend! I look forward to staying again.

Excellent location lovely and peaceful beautiful views over the harbour from the balcony.

Kobi and Becky were very good hosts who showed nothing but hospitality. Their responses to my messages were swift and helpful. I felt very well catered to and I appreciated their fair approach to being open to any honest critiques to better their all round level of service; it meant a lot. My sole "deal breaking" gripe was the proximity to the train station and it's frequent passing/stopping train noise. Other than that. I'd recommend their apartment. Thanks again.

Host was incredible! Fast responses, went the extra mile and a really lovely person. Beautiful, spacious apartment presented very well upon arrival. Super close to shops, restaurants and bars. Wonderful little stay xx
