We rented Scott's condo for an 80th birthday celebration for my mom. There were four of us ladies and we had the best stay! It was clean, spacious, well-appointed and the location is wonderful for shopping and sight seeing. Would definitely stay again!

Tania was very helpful in finding a unit that accommodated our family size and needs. She set up the reservation for me I just had to pay, explained what I needed to do at the main office and everything was a breeze. The area has many activities throughout the day related to the massive pool area that has separate accommodations and pools for children and adults. Was a great place to stay, my only complaint was the road work and delays going to Virginia Beach which obviously isn’t her fault. I went to multiple other hosts that had units in this area but they falsely advertised larger units then what they had available, if you want to be clear what your getting I would go with Tania.

It was a perfect little get away, while learning colonial history! Definitely recommend coming back when it is warmer out!

This is the second time we have stayed in this location and Scott was our host. Another fabulous visit and wonderful location. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Colonial Williamsburg area, a great home away from home.

We had a great stay! It was very close to Busch Gardens and all other Williamsburg attractions. The space was great for us and our 2 children. Great place to stay!

The space was set up exactly how described and was clean. We enjoyed a great stay. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, but that was not the fault of the host, rather the resort.

Beautiful place and community. Perfect place for us to rest and relax as a family after long days at Jamestown and Busch Gardens and the community offered back-up options in case the weather didn’t cooperate. The host was great! Will definitely stay again

I stayed with my husband during spring break and we chose this airnb for the location and for a private 1 bed 1 bath cottage. It was so worth it! It was right next to Water Country, Busch Gardens, target, and less than 15 minutes to get to downtown wiliamsburg! I do want to emphasize that this place will not look like the listing pictures because it is a time share. We got a split unit with neighbors right next to us. We could hear our neighbors when they got loud, but that didn't bother us since we were gone most of the day and night :) Spence does a great job communicating, he answered within the hour when we had questions. He was a great host! He even sent us things to do and links for activities. I definitely recommend staying with Spence!

We loved the resort. Our grandkids have a super time. Free arcade mini golf and much more!
