Our family of 12 had a perfect stay at Brock's place. We are spread out from Atlanta, GA to Raleigh, NC and all gathered in Charlotte to celebrate my mother in law's 90th birthday. The home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood and it suited us well for our weekend stay. The home was clean and well equipped and the furniture was comfortable. The 2 living spaces were nice to have with a group our size. I had many questions for Brock leading up to the trip, and a couple while we were there. He always responded quickly and provides the information I needed in a friendly, willing to serve manner. We would definitely consider staying here again if the occasion arose.

Super lovely and clean home nestled in a beautiful neighborhood. Felt right at home and it was extremely clean! Vasile was an amazing host and very accommodating to my needs! Definitely would recommend!

This single level, 5 bedroom home is on a beautiful lake with a very big yard and many activities (including kayaks, paddle board, dock, tether ball, fosball and fishing). The portable crib, high chair, small couch and outside chair in the children's area was very helpful for our grandson. The setting was very peaceful. There were many outside activities including the Whitewater Center, the amusement park and nature centers that we enjoyed.

What a great stay! We loved getting to have a place to work remotely, let our dogs run around, and check out Charlotte. The furniture was all comfortable, the WiFi worked great (especially for two people on video calls all day), the yard was awesome (make sure to bring bug spray - we got eaten alive by mosquitoes!). The house is tucked into a sweet neighborhood while still being within a close driving distance to great restaurants and parks. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice location, clean house, quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We spent some of the time visiting Carowinds, which was an easy ~20 minute drive away. My whole family really loved the backyard setup here - the paved space was great for basketball (and a bunch of other games) and for the kids to ride their scooters. The turf area out back is also very unique and made me want to install something similar at our house - it even was pretty quick to dry after we got some rain. The house itself was also very comfortable for our family of 5. This is a very professionally set up house in terms of organization and instructions - clearly a pro rental setup and nicely done. The place was also very clean. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay! Very impressed with the location!!! Beautiful out the back with the park and lots of convenient walking paths. Location is ideal for its locality to downtown Pineville. The master bedroom was very spacious, and the appliances were incredibly nice. Thank you for sharing!

Visiting nearby family for the holiday and David’s place was the perfect choice for our family. Spacious, clean and will accommodate whatever TV shows you might be binging or sports you just can’t miss. Wish the weather was nicer to test out the pool. It surely looked inviting. Close to the beltway and 77, grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again. David was a very responsive host!

This was an absolutely beautiful home that i only pray my family & I am able to stay in again. you can truly see the love that's been put into this home in all the furnishings, finishings, and decorations. Jason responded to all my messages. he was very polite and quick, I didn't wait long. the kids had a blast swimming from the dock, my sister and i got to relax watching them from the balcony. I hope to stay here again.

This was a great place for our young family. Great parks very nearby and a super nice greenway within walking distance. Cool little downtown area with some fun restaurants and a nice little ice cream shop nearby too.

The apartment was just as pictured. It was spacious, close to everything and very quiet. We had a great stay and definitely will book it again.

Place was great! Good area in Ballantine, lots to do. Had space for the 3 of us and then some!! Easy to get in and quiet at night :) Only things that could be improved would be the washer and dryer are very noisy, so best to put on a load when you leave the house. Secondly, the water pressure in the showers were not ideal but, nonetheless it was fine. Overall, great experience, responsive host, would stay again if needed :)

Malinda’s place felt like being at home and we treating her home like ours! It was everything I expected it to be, there was enough room for everyone that came for the wedding! I would recommend her place to stay. It has all the comforts of home

Malik provided wonderful hospitality! It made our weekend stay in North Carolina a breeze. The property was clean and in an excellent area. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and home to be our home away from home for the weekend.

The house is spacious and well decorated, in a very nice neighborhood.

They were delightful hosts who make you feel like part of their family. Their home is a nature sanctuary, where deer graze peacefully, chickens roam freely, owls hoot at night, and beautiful birds add color and song to the surroundings. In addition it’s a 4 minute walk to the lake. So tranquil! They even invited me for dinner one night. Even though it was a quick weekend getaway I will surely be returning. Also The room was just perfect!

The cabin is amazing. It’s fun just looking at all the old things inside and imagining a time where people could appreciate the simple things in life.

The location is amazing for much needed quiet time. It’s very peaceful on the deck with a great view of the meadow. We enjoyed exploring the property. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and hope to return soon!

Just what we needed while visiting my sister who lives nearby. Nothing too fancy. Affordable. Allowed pets. Quick place to shower and change clothes and head back out. Is what we were looking for and what we got.
