The house was absolutely stunning and well furnished! The pictures posted were amazing but actually being in the home was absolutely breath-taking. The cost was well worth the experience! The house is extremely spacious inside (for my family of 9) and the exterior was the icing on the cake between the fire pit, lake activities (kayaking provided), and just relaxing in the pool or on the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood is all newly developed luxury homes right next to a golf course. Restaurants and shopping centers are about 10-15 mins away. Adam & Caleb were excellent hosts and were extremely welcoming! I will definitely be booking again with them in the future! This was the perfect location to stay during a weekend volleyball tournament held at the Rock Hill sports center. The house is located across from recreational facilities and parks, and it feels like a calm residential area even though it’s a quick drive to lots of restaurants and shopping. The house has been renovated beautifully, and we found the beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again (especially with the full kitchen!) over choosing a single hotel room for the whole family.

Wow, just wow!! We had an incredible 5 star experience/extended stay at this property and it’s hard to know how to best describe it. To begin with, it felt like home the minute we walked in. Too many wonderful details to list all, but here are some of our favorites: -welcome gift -clean and well decorated home -beautiful view and outdoor living space -safe and friendly neighborhood -comfortable bed -exceptionally well stocked kitchen -great local recommendations We made so many great memories during our stay! I really could go on and on. Most importantly, though, Lindsey is a very responsive and attentive host. As hosts ourselves, we highly recommend this property and would happily return to it in the future. Thank you, Lindsey! We could not have asked for more.

David is so sweet he responded in seconds he did everything to make sure our stay was good he even bought extra remotes and brought them by my guest we’re happy and home is gorgeous 😍

Our family had a memorable stay at this beautiful lake house! We were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-equipped it was. The lake views from both outside and inside the home were huge selling points for us and certainly delivered! The house had a fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We were pleasantly surprised by the beach area. It provided easy water access for swimming, kayaking, and just lounging back in the sun. Having life vests and kayaks available was much appreciated. With a couple of pop-up showers, it was nice to still enjoy the outdoors from the covered areas of the home and dock. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. We would absolutely return for another stay, but with friends, as it wasn't ideal for everyone in our family due to the narrow doorframes of the bathrooms and exterior steps that created some access difficulties.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. We spent some of the time visiting Carowinds, which was an easy ~20 minute drive away. My whole family really loved the backyard setup here - the paved space was great for basketball (and a bunch of other games) and for the kids to ride their scooters. The turf area out back is also very unique and made me want to install something similar at our house - it even was pretty quick to dry after we got some rain. The house itself was also very comfortable for our family of 5. This is a very professionally set up house in terms of organization and instructions - clearly a pro rental setup and nicely done. The place was also very clean. Would stay here again!

The place was as described and much much more. The lake was beautiful and peaceful even though we were there over Thanksgiving and the weather wasn’t the greatest but it was warmer than Ohio. Had a slight hiccup with the code to get in but Marla was there real quick to help us out. She went above and beyond to give us suggestions where to eat and where to explore since we never been to the area. I would highly recommend Marla’s lake house. We can’t wait to go back. I have used James many times now to lodge employees from Minnesota while attending training in the Charlotte area. All aspects of our interactions have been EXCELLENT! My employees request to stay there versus a hotel. The amenities, cleanliness, location, and peacefulness of the lake far out weigh anything a local hotel can offer. He's always the first place we look to book. 100% recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 month stay at Chris and Stephanie’s. It did not seem too big for the two of us yet it was plenty big when we had kids/grandkids over for the day. The location was ideal for us. I don’t believe there is a single cooking item/utensil that the kitchen lacks- very impressive!! The wall of windows is perfect for seeing all the cardinals that come to the feeder. When there were minor issues, Chris responded as quickly as possible. Two thumbs up!

This is a beautiful waterfront home. Inside, it was clean and comfortable, with all amenities included as advertised. Great home for families, as the kid's corner is fun, and there's lots of fun to be had on the property for kids. The hot tub worked great and was clean. The large windows provide wonderful views of the water, and the deck is a great size to enjoy the view from outside. The location is generally about ~15 minutes away from stores. Highly recommended for a getaway!

We had the best time at Rachel’s lake house! It’s well stocked and suitable for families with kids of all ages. We have toddlers who loved playing on the beach and jumping off the dock. It was so peaceful taking the paddle board out in the mornings.

All I can say is WOW! WOW! And more WOW! This is the ultimate getaway for peace, harmony, and complete self restoration! I never knew a lakehouse can be so soothing. You have to experience this spot yourself. I promise you, it won't disappoint.

This was an absolutely beautiful home that i only pray my family & I am able to stay in again. you can truly see the love that's been put into this home in all the furnishings, finishings, and decorations. Jason responded to all my messages. he was very polite and quick, I didn't wait long. the kids had a blast swimming from the dock, my sister and i got to relax watching them from the balcony. I hope to stay here again.
