Enjoyable stay in Harvey's comfortable home for 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 dogs. We loved the layout and decor of the 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with wonderful amenities, 2 sitting areas, nice bathroom with tub and shower and even a breezeway! The backyard was great for the dogs and will be blooming with trees and flowers once winter leaves New Hampshire. Highly recommend Harvey's property. He's most definitely a 5-Star innkeeper!

What an incredible home to stay at! Neal and Krystal provided everything one needs! Fresh clean sheets, towels, and the kitchens were fully equipped with all your needs. Plenty of space for the 12 of us that went up there. The insides is completely renovated with great amenities. Not to mention they left us local refreshments and snacks for arrival! All of those who went up were blown away by this house and many have expressed returning before we even left! This house is located in a great place as well. It’s a quick walk to the pier and all the local favorite places to go too! If you are looking for a home to stay in OOB for a fantastic price, don’t wait to book this home. Krystal and Neal are also extremely friendly and communicative. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was truly memorable. I cannot thank them enough!

This cute cottage was in a fantastic location- a short walk to the shops and restaurants in town. The owners were incredibly gracious and communicative with us through out our stay. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels left out for us. The place was clean and we had everything that we needed. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Kathleen's place! She was incredibly communicative and helpful, giving us local recommendations and clear instructions. The house was clean, quiet, and super comfortable -- and walkable to everything we wanted to do in Portland. We would happily stay here again on a return trip to Portland.

Wonderful place to go back to and get rest after a whole day of reunion activities. We booked the place for a weekend, and shared with two classmates of mine. There was enough space for us all to have a separate bedroom and bathroom with our +1, comfortable common area, and coffee available in the kitchen to start the day. Really lovely surroundings too - it was nice to wake up and walk our dog around the space with chickens, horses, and llamas in view. This would be a great space for visitors with a kid also.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house. Spacious and a lot of light. You can see the marsh from the windows, which is lovely. Near the beach. Recommend!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

We had a great time staying here! The place was clean, and had everything we needed for a fun trip. The hosts were super friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. The perfect place for a weekend away with friends! Easy to find/get to, and less than 15 minutes from downtown Portland! The house was extremely clean, well stocked with anything you might need, comfortably furnished, and looked just like the listing. Susan was extremely responsive and helpful! Highly recommend, and we can’t wait for our next stay here!

My stay was very comfortable. The property was well kept and updated. The beds and furniture were were in perfect condition. Both the house and the grounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would visit again!

Great place to stay for a big family and kid-friendly! We had a fantastic trip and the host was super responsive. The living room area is even more beautiful in person. Highly recommend this place.

Keith's place was such a cozy stay! The facility was spacious and well-ventilated. Keith was helpful, and the kitchen was equipped with items to cook with. Would love to stay again! The neighborhood cats are very friendly, I enjoyed interacting with them and giving them treats!

This was a great get away. Right on the lake with the convenience of using their kayaks, row boat, and peddleboat. Also had an array of life jackets for everyone to be safe. Scenery is beautiful, location is peaceful! We read, kayaked, played pinpong in their basement, sat around the firepit and listened to nature! The house is exactly how you see it in the pics, plus better! The home is spotless and has everything you need! Host Heidi is very responsive! They even have many board games and puzzles to play. we had a lovely stay atop Munjoy Hill in Portland! The perfect location to explore from and bonus points for being dog friendly. Kallie was a great host and really enjoyed chatting with her and for some great recommendations as well! Thanks and already thinking about our return!

Rachel’s place was extremely clean and comfortable. It was the perfect place to spend a snowy and stormy day with our pup. Very convenient to get to Portland. Close to grocery store and anything you might need. Rachel was very quick to respond when we had questions and had ice melt delivered for us same day which was a huge help in the storm.

George’s place was very clean and comfortable- just what we needed. The house and yard were beautiful. George had wonderful recommendations for local places to go. We woke up to no hot water and he had it fixed within hours. Super responsive. We will definitely be coming back if we’re ever back in the area!

Charming vintage cottage. Fantastic location just off route 1 and minutes from downtown Portland. Everything is as described and as pictured. Not fancy but very functional and clean. Quiet neighborhood you can walk around in including a shore road along the bay.
