This place is perfect, the interior has plenty of space. Each room is quite big with a nice kitchen and dining space. The location is just unbeatable right in the heart of Shinjuku (the station is a 5 minute walk away, Golden Gai around the corner, etc). Plus the area in general has connections to pretty much all the places to be visited. The host is responsive and was very accommodating with us (for example we were allowed to leave our luggage after checkout time). I would highly recommend this apartment!

We had an amazing week in Tokyo thanks to this place. It was easy to get to and the instructions were so clear. The apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed there. It is also very close to two different stations so it was quite easy to around!! It is also surrounded by several convenience stores, restaurants and other shops. Lala was also very responsive and gave some great recommendations!! To get into the apartment there are a some steps to get to the lift but it isn’t too far and even with big suitcases we managed!!

This place is an excellent option if you do not want to be in a noisy area, it is easy to arrive, very comfy, and if needed there are stores and restaurants where you can get something good for eating. It connects easily with other places in Tokyo

Chisaki and team are amazing, clear instructions from check in to out, always responsive and polite, we felt right at home. Peaceful surroundings and local neighborhood.

Overall the apartment worked out pretty well for four adults (2 couples). Two bedrooms have double beds, not as large as a queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. The location is very central but as it is in the middle of the city there is typical city noise. Couple of things to note that we didn’t expect (1) bathroom set up - one bathroom is a full bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and mirror, then there is a shower off the hallway and a toilet room off the hallway. No other sink/vanity area. We used the kitchen sink, but sharing here as we didn’t realize that was the set-up. (2) the ceilings are pretty low so if you’re tall people, you might want to consider another place. At 6 feet tall we could barely walk through some of the doorways standing up straight. All the amenities listed were available with plenty of towels, which we appreciate, coffee, and EleVen was so kind to stock the fridge with drinks, beer, yogurt, milk to get us started.

The place was located in a very convenient location with easy access to shops, restaurants and even a gym as well as choices of transportation. The room was clean and got all what we needed during our stay. During the stay I also needed to work remotely so it was perfect that the place had separate living room & dining/ kitchen room. Natsuiki & Giulio were very responsive and gave detailed & kind guidance and support. We were also impressed to find some welcome snacks by them at check in. We'd like to stay their place again if we have a chance to visit Tokyo.

I really loved the place! Convenience stores all around! Tachiaigawa station was very conveniently located just a few minutes away! Oimachi station which was around a 15-20 mins walk away was amazing! The only downside to this place was that there are not lifts so do take note when booking. Other than there being no lift, I thoroughly loved the location and how clean this place was! There was also ample space to place my huge ass luggage! The washing machine in the apartment was also truly a lifesaver! I would definitely love to book this place again if given a chance! Didi's instructions were also really clear so it was a breeze checking in and out! Thank you so much!

The place is amazing! Spacious for our family of 4 (with 2 kids 11 and 14 years old), there are rooms for our luggages (3 big size and 2 carry-on) but of course we have to unpack when we arrive and put our clothes and luggages in the closet. The location is great. There're 2 convenient stores very close to the building, also easy restaurants and cafe if you want to grab a quick meal before starting your day. The place also in a very walkable distance from Shinjuku where all the shops (and night life) are. If you're not into nightlife, this building is in a comfortable distance to make you feel separated from all the buzz of bars and drunk people. The train station is in a short walking distance too. The host is very responsive and helpful, anything we asked for he took action very quickly. Would recommend the place and will definitely go back.

My sister and and I stayed at this residence for a week. it was lovely. The place was ideally located 8 minutes from the Kameido train station. There were plenty of restaurants, groceries and shopping nearby. The neighborhood was quiet and free of traffick. The lodging was clean and comfortable. There are stairs but no big deal. I've been to Japan many times using Airbnb and this was one of my favorite places. The host were responsive and seemed to be very kind. I'd stay here again. Thank you!

建物、内装、屋上、ビュー素敵でした。 経営者リトリートをしましたが、素敵なリトリートになりました。 車があると買い出しなど便利だと思います。 タクシーは最寄りの会社に電話すると来てくれます。 唯一気になったのは、事前にチェックインシステムに入力していたのですが、結局現地のタブレットでチェックインの時に全員の職業の入力が必須になり、少し時間がかかりました。

Very responsive host and the place is spacious enough for 6-9 people to stay

I found Dan’s place at the last minute, and it was the perfect find. It is about a 10-minute walk to Oimachi station, one stop from Shinagawa, for easy transfers. It was very easy to find his house because of the clear instructions he provided. The roads leading to his house are also flat, so it was pretty easy to roll our suitcases! The house was very comfy and made me feel like I was right at home~ Dan was very responsive and provided many local spots~ I hope to be back 🙏🏼

Beautiful and extremely peaceful property nestled in the mountains of Hakone. Great for families, couples and even a small group of friends (6pax). Would love to go back sometime!

東京多摩地区で4人以上で泊まれる貴重な民泊だと思います。とても広さがあり、都心のホテルが狭いと言っていた旦那とイギリスから来た義両親はゆったりとできて大喜びでした。 場所はUber eatsの方は探すのに少し苦戦していましたが、宿泊者には事前にとてもわかりやすい説明を写真付きでいただけるので、全く問題なかったです😊 浴室乾燥機がついていたのが、個人的には急いで洗濯をしたかったのでとても助かりました。 また一時帰国をする際はぜひ利用させていただきたいです😊ありがとうございました。

La casetta è molto molto carina, tre piani e un terrazzino con vista sui grattacieli di Roppongi e sulla Tokyo Tower. Perfetta per 6 persone. Le fermate della metro sono a circa una decina di minuti, così come il centro dei quartieri di Roppongi e Azabu Juban, con diversi ristoranti. L'apertura della porta d'ingresso è molto comoda con tastierino numerico. Wanyi e Xi sono molto gentili e disponibili, le abbiamo sentite via messaggio. Consigliata sicuramente.

とても綺麗かつ個性的な宿で、大変満足です。家電や設備も、バルミューダやダイソン、Asopなど豪華なものが多くテンションが上がりました。 宿泊当日、チャットで質問した際にいつも10分程度で返事をいただけて、とても安心感がありました。ありがとうございました。

Thank you MKG Home for best hospitality, support and helpful. The unit is in so strategic location, near to many station (Daimon, Tamachi, Hamamatasucho, etc) and near a local supermarket which is cheaper than kombini (711,fami,lawson,etc).

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wow. What an amazing stay. Perfect location, snacks in the fridge, responsive host, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

Location was great, few minutes walk to train station and easy to go around the city. Mall located near the place as well.

Ro was really helpful. The place is about 500m away from Godzilla with lots of restaurants around. the apartment is old but really spacious and got everything you need. There is a laundry facility at the ground level if u need to dry ur clothes. Tips: get off at Sginjuku Sanchome station and its about 250m/5mins walk to the apartment. Don't get off at Shinjuku and walk all the way with luggage. it's tiring

This place was perfect. Small, but seamed standard for Tokyo and well laid out so it worked well for our multigenerational family staying there. Everything was clean. The host left some food and beverages in the kitchen that was a nice touch and made it easy to settle in.
