There is that time when you come upon a property or even a room and you just say "...aah!" There is a connection that you feel but cannot articulate. This is one of those places. Call me a sucker for aspen trees and a vociferous creek. The cabin was spotless and quiet except for the creek and you could close that off with a sliding door. There are two queen bed rooms and a loft with singles. The three of us were very comfortable. There is no stove but there is an easy to use gas grill. I had a couple of days to re-charge my batteries in Mother Nature, which was sorely needed. Thanks, Kim.

we HIGHLY recommend this home. The views are incredible, it has everything you need for a long or short stay. close to town which offers plenty of things to do but private at the same time. we couldn't have enjoyed it more!

Awesome cabin the hot tub was great after a day of skiing. It has an old cabin feel like you’re stepping back in time again. I would absolutely stay here agin and highly recommend it to anyone looking for something outside the city!

Absolutely amazing cabin! The host Jenny went above and beyond to make our stay extra special! Everything was so clean and very unique added touches made it even more outstanding! The hot tub and fire pit were an added bonus! I highly recommend Buffalo Jump! And the Mill, cheese cave, and wool weaving shop were so much fun to explore! We will most definitely be back!

Such a gem of a getaway, this beautiful location and thoughtfully well-designed space is our favorite place to stay in Cooke City. Hosts are very kind and responsive. Hope to return again soon!

We had a wonderful week on this property! Not only is it just as described, the home has a spacious and luxurious feel, which is exemplified by the amazing view. This is a spot for a true getaway, so plan on making time to be in the home, even if its just in the morning and the evening between adventures. The kitchen has everything you need, the pantry is well stocked with essentials and there are plenty of added items to help with the firepit, sauna and grill. The beds are super comfy, linens are soft, and there are lots of towels. The shuffle board, arcade game and abundant games were a great addition! Don't miss this place -- you won't regret it. We have been traveling to the Teton Valley (Driggs/Victor) for years and this was our best stay yet!

5 stars – A Dreamy Getaway! We had an absolutely glorious stay at the Snowed Inn in Island Park. The cabin itself was stunning—beautifully built, cozy, and surrounded by serene spring -winter scenery. It felt like we were tucked away in a private snow globe. One unexpected and magical highlight was spotting a fox just outside the cabin—it honestly made the whole trip feel like something out of a storybook. The only minor suggestions would be to include a few more amenities like shampoo and body wash, and maybe some quick-start tips for the hot tub. It took us about 24 hours to get it to heat up. But other than that it positively magical and we would absolutely recommend this place.

My family of three was road tripping through Montana visiting different ski areas. We found Daniel's listing and were so excited about a cozy cabin that we decided to stay in Red Lodge for 2 nights. We were so glad we did! The cabin is as lovely as it looks. My 9 year old was thrilled to climb up the ladder to sleep in the loft. We enjoyed the hot tub after a rough day of skiing during the spring thaw/freeze cycle. And we walked less than 2 blocks to Main Street for breakfast patries, shopping, and dinner. Though the skiing was great staying in the cozy cabin and walking to town made the visit to Red Lodge worth it! Daniel was a great host sending us updates on the mountain and detailed instructions on the location, check-in, and check-out. Thank you!

My husband and I needed a get away with some peace and quiet time in the country. Have always wanted to stay in a log cabin in the winter! It was SO cozy!!! We loved relaxing, playing board games and even read some of the books! They provided fire wood and we kept the wood burner going. The kitchen was fantastic! If you appreciate the old west this is the PERFECT place to stay!!

Absolutely adorable cabin in the woods. Very peaceful location, with birds, chipmunks and other wildlife. Very well stocked inside, lots of firewood for campfires and a little fishing pond nearby. Daniel was very kind, responsive and helpful! It was the calming respite my daughter and I needed and we can’t wait to go back.

Wow. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is the place! Vinnie was always helpful and responsive. There is a reason AWD/4x4 is required, and you’d best be comfortable on steep terrain and backing up on it! This cabin is perfect for 1-4 people looking to get away and enjoy time together.

This was the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed in before. Each element was tied to logs in some way. I loved the linens and I even got to watch the sunrise. Beautiful property!

Very nice cabin for our one-night stay in Red Lodge. Fully equipped and functional, Andy and Missy are great hosts. We highly recommend their nice place.

This truly is a gem & so happy I found this place for us to stay for a long weekend! It was peaceful, cozy & the views are breathtaking! We loved being able to bring our pug along too! Speaking of animals, The ranch dog was super friendly, as were the couple barn cats & it was fun seeing all the sheep! 🙂 We also loved the fresh farm eggs too. The best part, Lorna (the ranch owner) stopped by & took us to see a lamb that was born just minutes before...so sweet! This is what I've always enjoyed about staying at air bnbs...the opportunity to meet locals & to support the homeowners like Lorna, who independently runs the sheep farm! So amazing! If you're staying here...definitely go eat dinner at the Old Saloon & soak in the hotsprings 30mins away at the Yellowstone HotSprings (no reservations needed). Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay at Caroel's Alpbach 1 Cabin. It is a rustic log cabin nestled in the mountains, just what we were looking for as part of our late-season skiing vacation. Caroel was a fine hostess and we appreciated her warm hospitality. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Loved the cabin, very roomy for our group. Clean towels for everyone 👍🏻. There was a wedding party when we checked in, but ended early enough for us to get some rest. We needed to start driving very early, so did not get to enjoy the “ranch”. Saw dear while driving out, and around 2 am heard a big animal lurking around 🙃. Lock your cars, bears are smart👍🏻. Thank you, Thank you. We are a bit far, but will be back.

This place was a great little getaway! We enjoyed a lovely sunset while grilling and a beautiful sunrise. There was nobody around and was the perfect place to come to after our adventure in Northern Yellowstone.

We enjoyed our stay at The Longhorn Ranch. The host was very friendly and responsive. The cabin was spotless and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Mitch was an awesome host. The lodge was exactly how it was described online. We were there the last week of September and it was decorated all up for Fall/Halloween in all the rooms including the bathroom :). The beds were extremely comfortable. There was plenty of blankets, towels and kitchen supplies. It had all the amenities. The "lodge" was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the animals around the area especially the deer that walked right up and got within about 6 feet of us. We will recommend to our friends and family. Can't wait to come back. Thanks Mitch for being a super host.

We stopped here for one night on our back from Yellowstone. This place was comfortable, clean and cozy. They have lots of amenities on site. We hope to come back some time to enjoy the hot tub and corn hole game and just hang out on the huge porch. While in town we also stopped at the local general store which is the oldest general store in the state, and well worth the visit! Great place, lots of nature and history in the area.

Great little cabin in Cooke, perfect location with space to drop sleds and bop around town. Bed was super comfortable and having a large shower after long days sledding was heaven! We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent it again! We will be back! Thank you!

Amazing place to stay on our family road trip. The bathrooms were very clean and close to the cabin. The beds were comfortable and we felt like we had the place to ourselves.
