Absolutely LOVED the Big D Ranch for our daughter's birthday weekend. The awe that came over our carload as we drove up the dirt road and the house came into view! The neighbor's animals were a HUGE selling point for us. He is a super kind and welcoming neighbor and lets you and your family visit with the animals. The surrounding views are amazingly beautiful and the supplied binoculars were so much fun to look around and explore with! The property has so much to walk around and find! Benches, hammocks, tetherball, horseshoes, swings, trails....kids LOVED! The kids made the nap shack like their clubhouse. The outdoor bbq fireplace area was our favorite spot to relax. Beautiful lights! The kitchen is stocked extremely well to make anything. The house decor is so thoughtful in each room. The staircase decor was our favorite. Very cozy homey feel. The beds are super comfy. The master jacuzzi tub is excellent for one person and very relaxing. Plenty of beds and space for larger families.

Very cute cabin, located close to all of Williams shops/restaurants and Bearizona. Was a quick one-hour drive to the Grand Canyon, so enjoyed the best of both locations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet little getaway.

We stayed at Steve’s place for 6 days. Check in was very simple, the owner lives upstairs and helped us with all questions. The location of the house is convenient, it is in a very nice neighborhood and close (20 min) to Sedona. The apartment is well equipped for 2-3 people. A big bonus is a view from the living room.

absolutely adorable on the inside, love the cabin in the woods feel of it. host was super helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. we hope to try the other homes this host has to offer.

Kimberly's place was beyond magical. The space had exactly everything one needs with AMAZING views of the red rocks. Kimberly gave me advice on how to navigate like the locals. I booked time with Kimberly and her horses for a meditation session built just for me - this was priceless. Spending time with the horses was truly healing. Kimberly is so personable and the love she has for Sedona and her horses radiates in what she does. I would definitely come back again. I came to Sedona on a solo trip with little expectations, and I left blown away! 10/10 recommend.

Fue un tiempo excelente, Mark nos dió la mejor atención, tenía varias cosas básicas para la cocina y mucho más extras, que también en nuestra salida dejamos algunas cosas para los demás, es un lugar pequeño pero perfecto para 4 personas, los animales de la granja son amigables, aún que es un poco lejos de la ciudad es lo que realmente necesitabamos para descansar.

Fue una experiencia muy buena. Todo en su lugar. Me encantó que tiene. Todos para no preocuparte y de más. Muchas gracias por todo lo recomiendo. En mis 8 años rentando casas es la primera cas que está de 5. Estrellas. Espero regresar el año que biene. 🙏☺️

A beautiful cozy cottage. All kinds of little creature comforts in the house. Loved the horses right outside and gorgeous Mountain View’s. Would love to stay again when in the area.

Can not recommend this place enough! Was a perfect place to stay while we hiked and checked out Sedona and the surrounding areas. Super cool and unique property that gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Stephanie was an amazing host. Everything was communicated perfectly and the fresh eggs were an added bonus. She even brought us some extra drinks that another group had left behind! Would definitely stay again.

Christy and Jason are amazing hosts! From the time we booked, Christy was offering suggestions and answering any questions we had. They offered fantastic advice on places to eat and areas to visit. Their guidebook is thorough and very helpful. We met Jason and he gave us some background about ‘the place’ . We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Charming and cozy little cabin !!!! Had a wonderful peaceful time here, this place is just the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. Definitely recommend and will be happy to comeback back in the future Thanks for everything….

We have stay in a lot Airbnb’s and this is up near the top of them. We have everything we could possibly need and was quiet and comfortable. Hidden gem would definitely recommend as well as stay here again when in the area.

The Bunkhouse was beyond our expectations. The property is beautiful, we loved the serene setting and being close to the horses. The night skies are breathtaking! Inside the bunkhouse, we were struck by the high ceilings and feeling of space, with really nice amenities and a very cool Western theme to the decor. The hosts are very responsive, but it really felt like we had the whole place to ourselves! We felt at home right away, and we would love to come back and spend more time at this gorgeous property!

Sandra’s place was very suitable. We’d be glad to stay again.

One of my best friends and I stayed only one night at the lodge but we both wished we could’ve stayed longer! The house was impeccably clean, decorated with every detail in mind, the beds were extremely comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful and so peaceful!! Stargazing was a premium on the clear night we had and the donkey talk from the Healing Heart Ranch was an added bonus! I am looking forward to going back with my family in the future and staying a few days instead of just one night! Carrie was wonderful and responsive when I texted with questions. I will most definitely be coming back in the future! 😊

Sheep’s cattle ranch is a great home base for your Grand Canyon adventure. Our family took the Grand Canyon Railway which was so close and easy. We also like how close the ranch was to the local restaurants. Kevin and Sylvie were proactive and good communicators. The pictures are accurate and the ranch is comfortable overall. We wish the washer/dryer were working, but they did offer to pay for laundry service. We would recommend the ranch if you need a place to stay in Williams.

Ashley’s place was amazing, we really enjoyed all the amenities specially the grill. The backyard where you will grill has a nice ambiance at night and so peaceful. They all have the spices in the kitchen that you need for cooking, they have complimentary snacks and the coffee corner was great. The bathroom was huge and clean plus the living room was a great place to hangout with the family while watching movies. Over all we love this place definitely we will book this place again in our future travel in flagstaff. High recommended.

I can say so many good things about this place!🥰 Besides it being so adorable and homey, the outside environment was also amazing with tons of trees surrounding, a cute layout, and seeing the farm animals (on the other side of the fence🐓🦃🐐🦮) was always enjoyable when we would sit outside or when we could come back from exploring the city. Also because there are no street lights or busy cities near by, it is very peaceful & the stars were absolutely incredible at night! 🌌The host made it very clear that if we needed anything they would help but we didn’t need anything through out our 3 day stay as we had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a comfy/homey space with a glimpse of farm life I certainly would recommend staying here. We loved everything about this place and plan to come back in the near future. Thank you Lee for such an amazing experience we will remember forever, we look forward to coming back soon! ❤️

AMAZING ALL THE WAY! Just an amazing place in beautiful Arizona. We felt right at home. A++++ and our best experience yet!

From the moment we walked through the door at Linda’s place we knew we lucked out. She has created a magical space that balances all the necessities and comforts of home with aesthetically pleasing artful touches that will delight your senses. As much as we enjoyed going off the property to explore the area, we equally loved spending time here. Linda goes out of her way to make sure her guests have what they need, while also making sure they are surrounded by the beauty of nature. The property is peppered with little nook and cranny garden seating spaces that are perfect for meditating, journaling and just being in the moment. An added bonus is that Linda has a small crystal room on her property where she makes and sells her one-of-a-kind crystal and bead creations- which are absolutely gorgeous by-the-way. Her knowledge of the area and stories that inspire her artwork are fascinating. We will be back.

We loved staying here! We did not get a chance to meet Steve but Neesa was there and was so helpful. The place was so cozy and friendly, we felt right at home. I hate to say I'm picky... but I am... LOL. Some hosts just don't think of the little things that make your stay more comfortable... like comfy sheets and warm lighting etc. Neesa thought of EVERYTHING. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of staying here. We were originally going to stay in Sedona but found this and figured it was so close to Sedona we would give it a shot. Once we were there we were super happy with our decision and actually ate all our meals in Cottonwood and only ventured to Sedona for some hikes and a jeep tour. Cottonwood is a friendly little town with great restaurants and is near everything. Also, we loved the fact that while this place is truly "in the country", you are only 5 min to Safeway!!!

What an adorable fabulous place! We loved the little farm house! It was decorated so cool and we felt right at home. The Main Street in cottonwood is walkable and we had some great experiences there and in Sedona!! Brandon was proactive and wonderful. If u am ever out west again I would definitely book here!!
