The house was very clean and tidy and felt homely and cosy. The village is beautiful and peaceful, just right if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time. With a big kitchen and two bathrooms, this is a perfect space for a family to stay. Gilly is a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely stay there again.

Title: A Truly Memorable and Restorative Stay Review: I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Gerston Hall Wine Keeper's Annexe in Strrington. The hosts, Lisa and Martyn, were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were always approachable and responded to any questions promptly and courteously, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The accommodation was exactly as described—peaceful and comfortable. Upon arrival, I was touched to find a thoughtful selection of breakfast essentials including bread, milk, butter, homemade jam, coffee, and tea. This warm gesture was a lovely welcome and set the tone for the rest of the stay. The surrounding nature was absolutely beautiful. I woke each morning to the sound of birdsong and ended each day marvelling at the star-filled night sky. Visiting in spring meant I was lucky to see fresh green foliage, bluebells, and wild garlic in full bloom, creating a truly picturesque and healing landscape. The property includes a vast vineyard. We had a lovely stay at Waddle, stunning and peaceful location, beautiful home with lovely soft furnishings and ornaments, impeccably presented and welcome gifts, which was a lovely touch. Hot tub was lovely but very, very hot so worth taking lid off a couple of hours before you get in. Only small grumbles, the key safe box is very hard to get into so took me 10mins as tricky with long nails and there are no curtains, just blinds, so the lights shone in the bedroom all night from around the lake and from 4am, the room was very bright with daylight! Being a dark room sleeper, I was up all night but luckily my sister lent me an eye mask the 2nd night! Howevr, our stay was amazing and the hosts are lovely, so look forward to booking again next year!

We were delighted with our stay at the Coach House. As well as being spotlessly clean it was furnished and decorated in a pleasing “ Country Chic” way, which was entirely appropriate. We loved the privacy and leafiness of the surroundings and woke to the sound of the dawn chorus and nothing else! Alison could not have been more helpful, but only came to us when needed. Highly recommended.

Perfect flat for my week in Oxford. I needed somewhere I could work remotely when necessary, use as a base to go to events and a place I could recharge after long days. The Wi-Fi was really good (something I was worried about) Relatively modern, very cozy, tastefully furnished and decorated Best check-in! They send a handbook in advance and make the whole process extremely clear. The property manager was very nice and asked if everything was going okay with the flat. I had a minor issue with the bath plug that they were able to solve immediately. Loved that they have a bath They have a small dishwasher (tablets available) They have a laundry machine (may need to bring your own detergent) Greta location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful accommodation and great to step out of the door and right into the pub/ restaurant for delicious food too!
