The Lydia Room features a cozy queen-size bed, a classic armoire, a comfortable armchair, and a Smart TV for your entertainment. You'll have direct access to a shared full bathroom through a lockable door in the room, as well as from the hallway. Beautifully restored 1875 village home 2 blocks from Seneca Lake, in the heart of wine country. Our quaint village is centrally located on Seneca Lake where over 50 wineries/breweries await you. Keuka outlet trail is a few blocks away- use our bikes to explore gorgeous waterfalls and trails. Your spacious private suite has a separate entrance and porch all to yourself with mini frig,microwave and Keurig. along with an en suite bathroom. The Copper Barn next door has additional lodging.

Maxfield Inn, 1841 restored Mansion - Luther Room

Maxfield Inn is a newly restored 1841 mansion in the village of Naples, New York. Its vintage ambiance on the inside, plus the beautiful picturesque setting with mountains, trees & English Gardens make it really special. Grand white pillars adorn the facade where guests can mingle on the front porch. Guests have an option to order a full breakfast for an additional $40 per room per morning. Please let us know in advance of your stay if you would like us to prepare that for you!

Blue Room in an Old Brick Estate

93 year old brick house near downtown Seneca Falls with one private bedroom and bath that accommodates 2 people. The off street parking area is great for oversized vehicles, campers and trailers. The bedroom has a Full sized bed with a small table and two chairs. The bathroom is down the hall (about five steps- it is not en suite). Breakfast includes granola, yogurt, fresh seasonal fruit, and toast along with coffee and juice. The downtown area is ten minutes away by foot.

The Halsey House (c.1829) is a grand Greek Revival-style Victorian. Suite 1 has queen bed, desk, and en suite bath. Located on the southern edge of Trumansburg you will be 1 mile from Taughannock Falls State Park, 8 miles to Ithaca and Cornell, and a short drive to wineries galore to the north and west. We are conveniently located to Cayuga Medical, just 5 miles away. Common rooms open to guests include living and dining rooms, parlor, kitchen, porch and patio.
