Upton Hill Cottage is self-catering farm-stay accommodation 16km into the Strathbogie Ranges from Avenel. It is surrounded by vineyards, cherry orchards, farmland & replanted & remnant bush. At 475m ASL the cottage has panoramic views of the ranges & Goulburn Valley. Guests can meet the animals, ramble, birdwatch, cycle, observe native flora & fauna, fish, do scenic tours, marvel at the ancient granite formations of the unique Strathbogie batholith, & enjoy local wineries, music & restaurants.

The Oak Studio @Birchwood Park Yarck

The Oak Studio is located in the quaint township of Yarck. The Great Victorian rail Trail which runs from Tallarook to Mansfield is directly outside the front door. The Oak Studio is a short stroll to the Yarck Hotel, Dindi Naturals, Bucks Country Bakehouse and The Giddy Goat Cafe. The Oak Studio is private, tastefully decorated with stunning views of the surrounding farmland and rolling hills. The 100 year old Oak tree outside the studio provides a beautiful canopy and spectacular outlook.

Relax in this cosy guest house with spacious surrounds. The guest house is close to the main house but with private outlook and places to explore along the seasonal creek and open paddocks . We are located 10km from Yea with its local attractions, 5km to the Rail Trail and close to Eildon and Mt Bulla. The barn has a large open plan living space with a loft. It has a queen bed, and two sets of bunks, which can be curtained off. The dining area looks out onto a dam and beyond are beautiful rolling hills

"Villacostalotta" bringing 1885 to the present.

Located in the township of Longwood, a 5 minute walk to the White Hart Hotel. Constructed in 2021 using some materials recovered from the original 1885 house it has a large open plan living area, balcony and alfresco, backyard and front yard space (sorry no pets). Close to towns of Nagambie, Avenel and Euroa. Opposite rail line and close to local businesses the Rockery and Longwood Community Centre, local wineries Mitchellton, Tabilk, RPL, Fowle’s, Hide and Seek and Maygars.
