Xerokampos : locations de villas de vacances

Claudia hat uns gut geholfen die Unterkunft zu finden. Leider zeigt Googel unter der Air B&B Wegbeschreibung eine verkehrte Adresse an. (Wenn das Meer auf der rechten Seite ist, dann nicht links hochfahren, weiter auf der Straße bleiben und 7m nach dem schwarzen Schild "Taxi" rechts runter in die Hofeinfahrt.) Die Gastgeberin, Despoina war super, sehr diskret und immer zu erreichen. Da es an nichts gefehlt hat, haben wir Sie nur einmal gebeten den Timer für die Poolbeleuchtung vorzustellen. Was für den nächsten Abend erledigt wurde. Der Blick vom oberen Schlafzimmer und von der Terasse ist einzigartik. Im private Pool ist man vor Blicken der Nachbarn geschützt. Unter dem Haus ist ein kleiner Privatstand für alle Gäste von Despoina. Zum Abendessen waren wir immer in der Nachbarbucht in der Taverne. Die haben eine gute Tageskarte mit guten, günstigen Fischgerichten. Die Taverne ist max. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.

Wir kamen erst sehr spät (gegen 22 Uhr) an und Despoina und ihr Mann bereiteten uns einen herzlichen Empfang. Diese Unterkunft ist perfekt für zwei Familien mit Kindern. Am Pool wird gespielt, gequatscht und gemeinsam gegessen. Dennoch hat jeder seine individuellen Rückziehmöglichkeiten. Der private Strandzugang ist in weniger als zwei Gehminuten erreicht und perfekt zum schnorcheln. Fünf Minuten vom Haus gibt es einen öffentlichen Strand mit liegen und Schirmen. Die drei Tavernen im näheren Umkreis sind ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Es ist in jedem Fall ein Auto für Ausflüge (Vreiko cave oder die Richti-Schlucht) oder für den Besuch auf den Wochenmärkten in Ierepetra oder Agio Nikolaos empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit Despoina und ihrem Mann verlief völlig unkompliziert in Englisch. Mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit werden wir die zwei Wochen noch lange in Erinnerung behalten und uns das Olivenöl (noch einmal vielen Dank dafür) schmecken lassen.

I rented Roxana’s beautiful Villa Iliothea for a month to celebrate my 70th birthday. The Villa exceeded my expectations. It was everything described & more. Rozana’s response was always positive, informative, and timely. Rozana went over the top to make my month at the Villa exquisite. The Villa is equipped with any and everything we needed all month long. The beautiful terrace was a place for magnificent sunsets. I would recommend Villa Iliothea for a week or a month. I had a terrific stay, birthday, & Easter because of the passion Rozana put into Villa Iliothea.

les villas se situent dans un resort sur une sorte de plateau à 300m d'altitude avec une vue incroyable sur la baie plein ouest. En fonction des villas vous avez une vue dégagée du coucher de soleil sur la baie. La notre était en premiere ligne et on a pu voir tous les soirs un coucher de soleil flamboyant. La villa était très bien équipée. Certaines ont une piscine privative. Pas la notre mais la piscine commune suffisait largement à notre bonheur. L'emplacement était paisible. A 20/25mn des plages, à 40mn d'Agios Nicolaos, Laltitude nous a permis d'avoir des temperatures tres supportables pour dejeuner dehors ou profiter de la piscine alors qu'au même moment au niveau de la mer il faisait très chaud Chris et Warren les managers du Resort étaient flexibles et réactifs. On a passé 10 jours très agréables. Je recommande à tous ceux qui aime le calme, la mer, le soleil la farniente au bord de la piscine et des villas agréables à vivre. Point important : la route est très sinueuse .

points forts une vraie maison de vacances avec une cuisine bien équipée (+huiles d'olives ET pleins d'épices et RAKI .... play station ...) une BOX WIFI avec un bon débit une place de parking pour la voiture endroit calme et facile pour visites aux alentours bonnes climatisations une arrivée cool (piscine illuminée et bières au frigo) A conseiller +++

Giorgo’s home was so beautiful. They made a traditional greek meal for us on arrival which is so kind. House is designed so well with lots of outdoor space. The house was well equipped, loved the music sound system next to the pool. Great pool. Breathtaking views. Will want to return. Thank you

Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt bei Emmanouela sehr zufrieden. Das Haus war extrem geräumig, die Poolanlage geschmackvoll gestaltet. In der großen Küche war fast alles, was man an Geschirr benötigt, auch einige Grundzutaten wie Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze, Essig, Tee, Kaffee etc. waren dabei. Zum Einkaufen muss man 5 Minuten mit dem Auto fahren (täglich 8-21:30 Uhr), eine Taverne ist fußläufig erreichbar, unzählige weitere mit dem Auto. Auch viele Strände mit Sand oder kleinen Kieselsteinen sind mit dem Auto in 5-20 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt sehr gelungener Aufenthalt auf Kreta!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful new villa! The property is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The location is excellent — close to everything we needed, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. What really made the experience even better was the host's responsiveness and hospitality. They were quick to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful holiday at the beautiful Villa Cristina! The view is unforgettable, sunrise is especially magical! The Villa has a tranquil setting in the hillside but there is a lovely little seaside village nearby. Liza was very responsive to any requests and helpful with recommendations. We would highly recommend!

L'environnement est très calme et très privé. Une belle vue sur les montagnes et l'espace extérieur bien aménagé, avec une petite piscine. La taverne Stavrakakis à 2 km de la maison vaut le détour ! Il faut aussi aller à Kritsa pour visiter une magnifique église Panagias Keras et pour acheter des produits locaux élaborés par une coopérative de femmes ! Des nombreux sites archéologiques, notamment la cité ancienne de Lato, sont à une courte distance de la maison. Nous étions accueillis par Maria ; ses conseils et son assistance tout le long de notre séjour ont été très appréciables.

Manolis war unglaublich zuvorkommend und war jeden Tag vor Ort, um den Pool zu putzen. Der Kühlschrank war bei Ankunft gut gefüllt und es gab leckere lokale Süssigkeiten zum Abschied. Wir haben Restaurants- und Ausflugsempfehlungen erhalten. Der Aufenthalt war super!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine ! Les hôtes, M. et Mme Vaggelis ont été adorables et plein de délicates attentions. Ils étaient réactifs et toujours disponibles et à l'écoute, s'assurant que nous ne manquions de rien. Tina, qui nous a accueillis le premier jour était également très à l'écoute et hyper bienveillant à notre égard ! Quant à la villa, elle était parfaite en tout point de vue ! Les photos de l'annonce correspondent à la réalité ! Je dirais même que c'était au delà de ce qui était indiqué ! La propreté impeccable, les services proposés, la décoration et le design de la maison, sans oublier cette vue incroyable sur la mer et sur l'île de Spinalonga. Je recommande ces hôtes et cette villa ! Allez-y les yeux fermés ! vous ne serez pas déçus ! Merci encore 😊

The house was very comfortable for our family. We especially loved the pool and outdoor living area with the beautiful gardens surrounding it. Jenny is a wonderful host! The location was ideal for exploring the East end of Crete.

This is it - heaven on Earth! Only go here if you can accept this is the best of the best, you have reached perfection, nothing else will measure up. And at some point you will have to leave! Paras was the perfect host, so friendly, knowledgeable and generous. A very interesting and engaging individual. The property is utter perfection. It appears like an oasis, surrounded by lovely plants, trees etc. The whole place is of the highest standard. Even when the wind blew we arrived in the evening to find the leaves etc had been discreetly swept up and the grounds tidied. It has a perfect balance of shade and areas to catch some rays. We spent the mornings by the pool, afternoons at the beach a few minutes away then evenings in the local area having the finest food. The building is air conditioned and has shutters so we slept so well. We can't thank Paras enough for the best holiday ever.

Rebecca‘s house is really exceptional! The location on top of a hill with an almost 360 degree view of the seaside, the bay and the town is nothing but spectacular. The little tower by the sea, the seating area under the trees, the jacuzzi with sea view and the infinity pool, all make for an incredible and cozy atmosphere. Communication with Rebecca was flawless and super friendly. The location is a 5 min drive or 30 min walk from the town center with an abundance of restaurants, cafés and bars. The wider area is home of many beautiful beaches and spectacular ravines for hiking.

Wir waren zu 9 dort. Erstbezug. Alles hat funktioniert. Liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Manche Dinge müssen sich noch finden, aber es ging alles sehr unkompliziert. Er war immer für Fragen erreichbar und bei Check in und out sehr flexibel. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Lovely stay!! We love to go there for peaceful holidays, beautiful place, no noise, amazing beaches, great food!! The house is furnished with everything you can need, to every little details even for our child. Thanks a lot!

The house was wonderful, a lovely design and much larger than we'd expected, and beautifully furnished. All the rooms (of which there were many) were a good size, so for the four of us we had a lot of space. The views were spectacular, from all the terraces, balconies and the upstairs living room, and the swimming pool was a good size, approximately 7m x 4m and 1.6 deep throughout. Comfortable beds, clean white towels and bedding; everything was spotless. The house is at the end of a track and although there are a few other houses around it was very quiet and no passing traffic. Michael was an excellent host, living next door he was available but not obtrusive, responded quickly to our queries, and he gave us some good suggestions where to go. We'd love to return!

Great villa in a stunning location with incredible views and set next to an Olive grove. A car is a must really as too far to walk to Plaka. Taxi prices were reasonable if you do want a night out without driving (15 Euros from Elounda). Pool was spotless (and warm) and cleaned/serviced twice during our stay. Caretakers were extremely helpful. We did have a problem with one of the Aircons breaking down at the end of our stay but were given a fan straight away and an appropriate refund when it could not be fixed that day. Obviously stuff does go wrong and the host's response in this case means I am happy to give a 5* rating. Villa very well equipped with everything you could need. Only potential issue could be for those with extensive reduced mobility as there are steep steps to the property (we are late 60's and NOT an issue for us).

When you're looking for a quite place with privacy than this the place you are looking for. Surrounded by olive trees, close (but not too close) to the village and the sea side. A lovely villa with a nice (and very clean) pool that gives refreshment in the hot summer time. The villa is well equipped. Tips about the region come from Manos ... but we have to admit that we've had some lazy days in Zakros and did not visit all what Manos proposed :-). We've went to a few beaches but for us Kato Zakros (only 12 minutes drive -- lovely views by the way) was the ideal place. Not too busy and really nice restaurants on the beach. 100% chill.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit Katerina war extrem zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit kretischen Spezialitäten überrascht. Die Aussicht ist umwerfend und das Haus ist perfekt. Draußen einen Grill, drinnen eine sehr umfangreich ausgestattete Küche, bequeme Betten und eine sehr schöne Einrichtung. Selbst einen Kamin gibt es für gemütliche Stunden. Ein größerer Supermarkt war neun Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Thank you for a wonderful week in Elounda Blue Waves. We had a very relaxing week and the apartment suited us perfectly. Lots of lovely touches such as cold drinks in the fridge on arrival and supplies of olive oil , salt and pepper were very handy. The views are stunning and the property very clean and well cared for. Mid week clean and fresh towels was also a bonus. All the facilities and kitchen equipment were great . We would definitely recommend and love to come back.

We booked the apartment as the second week of a two week stay in Crete. We do not usually stay in multi apartment complexes but we were booking late and choice was a little limited. We were a little worried that the complex might be busy and noisy but this could not have been further from the truth. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and we would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area. South Eastern Crete is a little slower and quieter which we liked, but the apartment is still in walking distance to some lovely family tavernas, mini markets and beaches. The apartment was a good size, with everything we needed, and great aircon. All bedding and towels (including pool towels) was provided. The pool was clean, large, cool and lovely. Off street parking was provided. We would recommend this apartment to anyone exploring Eastern Crete - lots to see and do, some great beaches and fab places to eat.

We were returning visitors, and enjoyed this house just as much as the last one. Everything was beautifully clean and we were very comfortable and well liked after during our stsy
