If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful wooden house with no distractions, I can definitely recommend this place. The house is clean, well-maintained, and full of charm. There's plenty of space outside to relax, and the forest right next to the house is absolutely amazing—perfect for walks or just enjoying nature.

Cudowne miejsce! Dom jest bardzo klimatyczny, czyściutki a okolica przepiękna i spokojna. Wszystko wyglada jeszcze lepiej niż na zdjęciach! Nie nudziliśmy się, gdy była piękna pogoda, a także gdy padał deszcz, ponieważ w domu jest mnóstwo udogodnień, gier i książek. My oraz nasze psy bardzo dziękujemy Panu Marcinowi za cenne wskazówki spacerowe oraz bardzo miły pobyt w prawdziwym Raju w Lesie ;)

Bardzo fajny drewniany dom, pełna prywatność, ogrodzenie, piękne iglaki w około, dom swietnie wyposażony, na miejscu rowery do wykorzystania, bardzo blisko rzeka i piękne miejsca do odpoczynku. Trasy na spacery i wycieczki rowerowe. Bardzo miła gospodyni, otwarta i uśmiechnięta. Świetny kontakt, wszystko opowiedziała, wyjaśniła, nawet wskazała miejsca gdzie można fajnie spędzić czas - kajaczki czy restauracja. Gorąco polecam.

To idealne miejsce, by naprawdę odetchnąć od codzienności. Sam domek, choć niewielki z zewnątrz, zaskakuje przestronnością i przemyślanym wykorzystaniem każdego metra. Niczego tu nie brakuje – wszystko jest dopracowane w najmniejszych szczegółach. Okolica zachwyca spokojem i pięknem natury – przez cały dzień słychać śpiew ptaków, który tworzy kojącą atmosferę. Nigdzie nie spałam tak dobrze jak tutaj – zwykle w nowym miejscu budzę się bardzo wcześnie, a tu przespałam noc spokojnie, jak dziecko. To miejsce naprawdę ma w sobie coś magicznego.

Miejsce - wokół pola i lasy, jednak jak zabraknie Ci jajek do ulubionym klusek dzieciaków to można liczyć na sąsiadów, których domy położone są nieopodal. Wspaniały klimat i wykończenie - cała rodzina czuliśmy się tam wyjątkowo dobrze. Wspaniałe miejsce. Detale wykończenia domu i werandy działają kreatywnie na głowę i sposób spędzania czasu. Nie możemy się doczekać jak do Was wrócimy. Po tym jednym pobycie to zdecydowanie nasze ulubione miejsce. Polecamy w 100%.

Jakub’s cottage is beautiful, perfectly located 40 min from Warsaw, and with shops nearby. The barbecue is very nice and ready to be used. We liked the fact that there were 2 fridges, so space was never an issue. The beds are comfortable and clean linings are provided. Overall a very nice place to stay for a few nights! The only minus I would say is the water that comes out yellowish, but clean enough to wash ourselves and the dirty dishes.

What a great place this is. Extremely spacious, looks almost new, everything worked, comfortable, etc. It's right near a row of shops including a supermarket, chemist, bakeries and restaurants. However, it's very quiet. There's three sets of keyads to get in (complex gate, block door and flat door) but quite honestly, this is very easy, and means you don't have to carry keys around. The tram was very close and was frequent, cheap and reliable. Bolt and Uber taxis were also extremely cheap and easy to use (have the app loaded on your phone before you go). It was far better staying here than in the Old Town or the centre, as it had so many advantages, particularly the amount of space, the local facilities and the quietness. One highlight was walking to do the ParkRun innthe park at the end of the road. Rafał was very responsive. Would stay here again without question.

Thank you Maciek! The place is really charming and very close to the old town and Vistula boulevards. There are plenty of little elements that give the place its own personality like books, old school furniture mixed with new kitchen or bathroom - great place to stay and feel the Warsaw vibe. Maciek responses very quickly, the check-in is really easy and he not only provided us with clear instructions in advance, but some recommendations too (btw, the breakfast place was great, thanks!).

Für einen Trip nach Warschau ist diese Wohnung bestens geeignet. Sie ist nur wenige Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln vom Bahnhof entfernt und hat alles, was man braucht.

This place and Aleksandra were amazing. Meeting her to get the keys was nice; she is very kind and a joy to talk to. Waking up and hearing the kids playing below in the field was the best way to start the day in a good mood. It's on the best side of the building, away from traffic, so you couldn't hear the busy roads. Staying here was very comforting for it being my first time away from the U.S. i hope im back in Warsaw and this is the first place im rebooking!!

Bardzo ładny i przestronny apartament! Wszystko było czyste, wszystko, czego potrzeba do komfortowego pobytu! Ekspres do kawy był wielkim plusem, wanna i bardzo miękkie łóżko pozostawiły bardzo dobre wrażenie! Polecam.

I had a great time at the Airbnb. It looked exactly like in the pictures, was easy to find, and the host was always responding very quickliy and kindly. I was especially happy with the good equipment in the kitchen. The location is very central, and grocery stores were only two minutes away.

Чудовий господар, який швидко відповідав на повідомлення та допомогав з усіма питаннями. Квартира чиста, затишна, в ній є все необхідне для довгого проживання, а також знаходиться в дуже хорошому районі. Єдине що не дуже сподобалось - це звукоізоляція, але за 2 місяці проживання це не викликало надто великих проблем. Дуже рекомендую цю квартиру для проживання як на короткий термін, так і на тривалий!

Marceli is very helpfull and gave us good recommendations for places to visit around town. The appartment was clean and in a good location. public transport is close to the flat and plenty of shops near by. I highly recommend staying here

Super schöne Unterkunft in einer tollen Umgebung. Viele kleine Cafés und leckere Restaurants in der Nähe. Falls man mit dem Zug am Bahnhof ankommt, ist die Unterkunft in nur knapp 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle zu Fuß oder in einer kurzen Busfahrt zu erreichen.

Es gibt zum kochen: einen Topf und Pfanne mit Deckel, Besteck, Geschirr, Zucker, Salz, Öl, und Schwamm mit Geschirespülmittel zum Waschen von Geschirr. Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut. Fernseher und WLANfunktionieren. Draußen unten sind Restaurants: Asiatisch und Italienisch. Asiatisch ist ziemlich günstig. Zlote Tarasy sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ubahn ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles ist schnell erreichbar.

Bardzo otwarci, przyjaźni i pomocni gospodarze. Rzadko kiedy ktoś wykazuje taką chęć rozmowy jak gospodarze tutaj. Mieszkanie wygląda identycznie jak na zdjęciu, może jedynie sprawia wrażenie nieco większego. Wyposażona kuchnia, dostępna pralka, suszarka. Wygodne łóżko. Telewizor z bogatą ofertą kanałów. Jest wszystko, czego potrzeba na kilkudniowy wyjazd.

Sehr schöne Wohnung inmitten von Warschau. Die Altstadt ist innert 20 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und direkt neben der Wohnung ist ein Wochenmarkt mit allen Lebensmitteln, die man sich nur vorstellen kann. Der check-in lief reibungslos und es gab eine Menge Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Einrichtung ist farblich aufeinander abgestimmt und in einem einheitlichen Mint bzw. Türkiston gehalten. Die großen Fenster bieten einen Blick auf die umliegenden Wolkenkratzer der Stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen.
