The living room has a sitting area with TV and wood wood-burning fireplace. The dining area and kitchen are adjacent to the living room. There is a laundry room on the ground floor.

We have a quant little cabin/house here for you to enjoy some peace and quiet. It sits under some old cottonwood trees that offer just the right amount of shade to help keep you cool and comfortable. Fall is in the air. Not only are the sunrises and sunsets amazing, but weather is also very comfortable. So whether you are an earlier riser or an evening person you will enjoy. This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River on its own island. Sit on the front porch, fish, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, or just relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) It is a five minute drive to Central Wyoming College and 7 minutes from downtown Riverton. Central Wyoming Regional Airport is 10 minutes away. The town of Lander, Wyoming is a mere 30 minutes away.

This is a one room cozy cabin with a queen size bed. Ice chest on request, pantry with cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, bowls, electric hot plate, outside charcoal grill. Water for drinking and washing can be heated on the wood stove, electric plate, sauna stove. Coffee, oatmeal, tea provided. The cabin is not locked so you are welcome to drive in and make yourself at home! Thesauna is heated by a wood stove.
