Absolutely loved this place! It was exactly as described, and you can tell Chris put a lot of care and thought into every detail. The home was beautiful, full of charm and character. Whenever I had a question, Chris responded immediately, which made the stay even better. While it’s not within walking distance of shops or restaurants, the peaceful setting more than made up for it—and it was still close to everything we wanted to do. I’ll definitely be back!

Great spot and great communication. We really liked hanging out on the balcony. Neighborhood is pretty walkable once you get across the trafficway, and it's easy to get in and out of the city by car. Would def stay again if we have the chance.

Great little place, we were able to park are car in a parking garage down town and didn’t use it once. 10 min walk to T-Mobile center and with 15-20 mins of anything you’d want to do or eat at. If I ever have the opportunity to go to an event down there again will book again.

My trip was a last minute multi-day booking due to the unexpected death of my parent. I initially booked a hotel, but after 3+ days I knew having more of a "home base" with a comforting feel and a full kitchen would do me and my family good. Host was kind and thoughtful. First time having relatives other than husband staying and the two bedroom with laundry was perfect. I booked for 3 guests, and appreciated flexibility of allowing my sister to drop in to help make the necessary arrangements related to the circumstances. Welcomed by neighborhood cat and dogs. I have not lived in the area since going away to college; location was convenient and appreciated the quiet neighborhood and dedicated parking space. Nicely decorated, good wifi, queen beds were good. Host was responsive to questions. Careful of mini step up into threshold, would have liked a small desk and stronger water pressure in shower - but those are minor things. I recommend and would stay again. Thank you again.

Great space for a weekend in Waldo!! We were just 3 guests, but could see how you could easily house 5 or 6 people in the space. Having three bathrooms was amazing. The beds are comfy, the thermostats work, and the wifi is fast! FYI the driveway is pretty steep, so don't forget to use your parking brakes! Great hosts, super informative messaging at all times.

We have probably stayed in this property half a dozen times, a fact that may be the best summary review. The pros: professionally managed, always clean, good neighborhood with dedicated parking, big TV, fast internet and a nice covered porch. Walking distance to restaurants, and just a mile from Loose Park, a lovely urban park. The cons: the house is not very big, with two bedrooms and one bath. It is an older home and the wood floors creak when you walk on them. Our party is two adults and two canines, and it works fine for us. Overall, it is our go-to place when visiting Kansas City.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Everything was so clean, peaceful, and cozy. Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed spending our Easter here. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking just to have some nice down time and relaxation to check this place out. Worth every penny. Will definitely be back. Thanks for having us.

I have stayed in many airbnb places before but Adrienne's home has been by far the house that we have been the most comfortable. Adrianne made sure the home was equipped with everything that was needed and then some. I liked very much that she had extra towels, blankets and toiletries. Thank you for being a great host!

Michelle's place was one of the best that we have stayed in using AirBNB. The house was very comfortable and the decorations reflected Michelle's background as an artist. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful (we even had some deer come visit). We will definitely return here the next time we need a place to stay in the KC area.

We had an amazing stay! The house was incredibly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, and the space felt so cozy and welcoming. Andrew was a fantastic host — super responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Kansas City. Highly recommend

Did a spring trip with my teenage grandkids. The space fit the five of us perfectly and we had a great time!

This stay was so lovely! Mary's cute cottage was a great size for 5 adults with a well stocked kitchen and two full bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Felt nice to have a little escape from the busier parts of KC. Joe's BBQ is right around the corner, Hi Hat Coffee was a short trip through the neighborhood, and Westport neighborhood is a short 10/12 minute drive. Make sure you visit the Nelson Atkins Museum (free!!) and be ready to be there for hours! Mary was extremely hospitable and kind. She was communicative and helpful with all questions we had and her home was lovely and clean and well stocked. Will definitely consider staying again if we head back to KC any time soon!

Melanie is a great host. Easy to communicate and always ready to help. She is awesome! The place is great for short and long term stays. It comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is good, easy access to main roads. Stores, markets and restaurants are near by. Neighborhood is safe, no concerns or issues. Assigned parking spot, washer/dryer, 2 floor unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and a patio to chill makes this place great. I enjoyed staying here and recommend to anyone looking for a place in KC.

The location is a bit hard to find as far as parking is concerned, but it's hard to beat where it is on plaza. The place is cute and fun. A bit older than it appears in the pictures but has a very unique charm.

This place is a great value for the money. Whole Foods, a coffee shop, restaurants all within walking distance. Clean, uncluttered house. Trenton reached out early and even gave us the option for a late checkout. There is a tenant upstairs and you can definitely hear footsteps, but you could expect that from a duplex. The traffic on the main street behind the house was a little noisy…again, that was to be expected and we still had a comfortable night. Fantastic location near the plaza with good food right around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Jake’s place is an absolute gem- we fell in love with the exposed brick, plants, and in-floor lighting. The shower was AMAZING- huge, hot, deluge of water and steam. The kitchen was well-appointed with all the essentials, plus some Michelob Lights. We were impressed with the architecture of the historic building, and Jake said he had restored the interior himself- pulling horse-hair plaster off the walls! Also notable- I guess this is KC hospitality at its finest- Jake told us to leave the dishes, linens, etc, as they were- that he would take care of all of it. It was really nice to receive that level of service, which is unusual for my Airbnb experiences.

Place Is very clean, spacious bedroom i enjoyed my stay

Third time we have stayed here and have had another great experience! We have small children and the place was perfect with very little for us to move to baby proof. Location is everything! So close to great food and highways for easy access to where we were heading! Host is quick to respond and makes the whole process seamless!

We stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a conference and really enjoyed our stay. Great location and easy access to the KC street car. The home was spacious and had a very modern feel to it. Would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great stay. Parking and entry were both very easy. It was a great location for me because I was going back and forth between KC and Overland Park for events in both places. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
