Einzigartige Natur und Ruhe erleben, mit Vogelgesang und dem Wellengeplätscher erwachen. Im Liegestuhl oder in der Hängematte die Seesicht geniessen, in der privaten Fass-Sauna tiefenentspannen, danach ein Sprung in die Weite des Sees. Das ist die Leichtigkeit des Seins. Schöne Wohnung direkt am See

Erlebe in dieser besonderen und neu möblierten Unterkunft besondere Momente. Idyllische Lage mit Blick auf See und Berge. Der Balkon und Sitzplatz laden zum Verweilen ein. Parkplatz vorhanden. Öffentlicher Seezugang und Liegewiese in 100 m Entfernung. Der schöne Strandweg entlang des Seeufers führt von Rapperswil nach Schmerikon und direkt durch Bollingen. Es ist ein Fuss und Radweg von 11 km Länge. Bollingen ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar! ÖV und Läden sind in 5 Min. Autofahrt entfernt.

On the waterfront - amazing & powerful ambiance

My apartment is in close proximity to the bus, boat and Rigi train stations. Location with an small public park in front almost touches the lake (25meters) with a corresponding 180 degree "all-round view" of the lake and mountains. Thanks to its proximity to the water, it is a unique, energetic place of power that immediately has a relaxing effect. Ideal for couples in love, mountain and nature lovers. Enjoy your barbecue in our garden or a cozy evening in our living room (fireplace incl.). Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturady to Saturday bookings during high season form mid May until mid-September.

A rare find on Zürichsee! Your own private lake front cottage with outdoor sauna (additional charge) nestled amongst the reeds and nature. Bird spot, take your floats and swim in the shallow fresh water, watch sunrises, sunsets and sailboats, and relax in this mini paradise. Great for pets and families too. There is a house being built roughly 100m from the property, minor noise emissions during the week from 7-12 and 13-17 are possible. However the site is already well advanced.
