Very close to Wrigleyville, Boystown & Lincoln Park. 20 minute train ride to downtown, 0.6 miles to Wrigley Field and 0.7 miles to Lake Michigan.

We also have a landscaped backyard and patio with grill access, if requested Roscoe Village is one mile west of Wrigley Field and two miles west of the lake.

But then, there is no need to bring the party home - you have everything you need just outside the door!
