The property is cosy, well-appointed, and thoughtfully equipped. It is conveniently located in a beautiful setting. The host was helpful and responsive, which made us feel reassured throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay. Everything was exactly as described. Easy walk into the city centre. Especially nice if you cross the road and then walk along by the canal path. Great takeaway 2 minutes walk up the road and also near Tesco if you need anything. Accommodation was spotless and we found it very relaxing.

Perfect for our weekend. The accommodation was perfect, in fact we were taken back with how there cupboards were full off useful things…. Condiments, sauces, toiletries and that’s just a few I can mention. Appreciated the milk, bread, butter, nice gesture and makes a difference to some places who don’t offer that. Host also helped us out when our car broke down whilst we were there and went above and beyond to help sort it out for us. Overall the place was lovely, more than I actually expected, clean, tidy and perfect. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting Wigan. Thank you

The apartment is very close to the Northern quarter (with parking!). It was very conveniently located, very clean and a lovely apartment.

Great place to stay, exactly like the listing. Very clean and has everything you need. Close to the 02 Apollo and only 10 min from lots of other bars and restaurants. Host is very responsive and friendly. Great VFM for 4 people sharing, would definitely recommend this place.

Just got home after 3 nights in Iwans place in Bala. This place is spotlessly clean, beautiful inside from top to bottom. The four kids loved the outdoor space for playing and they loved the hot tub too. Bala is a beautiful town with lots of options for eating out, take aways and has a couple of fresh bakery’s. Centrally located in north wales with LOTS to do for all ages around the area. We got the small steam train, went white water rafting both within minutes drive from here. Can’t recommend this place enough, we will be back thanks Iwan

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

An exceptionally spacious house with a large and very well appointed kitchen and a tremendous lounge (with enormous TV) that is ideal for a large family to enjoy company in comfort. The heating is individually controlled by room via thermostatic radiators which worked well. The kitchen had all the appliances you could need for cooking including two air fryers and a slow cooker. In summary, a great house for a large family or group.

Great apartment and very close to the city centre. Clear instructions and recommendations provided by the host, would highly recommend. The free parking was the only improvement point, a lot of litter on the street.

Great communication from Adam from booking to leaving the property. Adam greeted us slightly early for check in, as he knew we’d arrived early. Very friendly and welcoming giving lots of tips on the local area, showing us around the property and a welcome bottle of wine. Told me to contact him at any time if I needed to. Property is in an excellent location, especially if you’re visiting the AO Arena. Lots to do within walking distance of the apartment. Apartment is well kitted out with everything you could need for a short stay, comfortable bed, lots of handy items plugs / chargers etc. Toiletries provided and plenty of towels. Extra bedding also if needed. You do need to boost the hot water for a hot shower, but there are instructions on the bathroom door showing you what to do. Hoylake is so beautiful. Clare's house is spacious and comfortable and the apartment is very comfortable and well-appointed. The nearby beaches and walks are stunning. We had a wonderful stay.

This lovely flat was situated high up in the heart of Manchester City centre. Excellent location within walkable distance to bars and restaurants. The flat is very nicely decorated with a lovely balcony overlooking the skyline. The flat was clean and tidy the kitchen was well stocked. My bed was super comfy with a lovely soft duvet. Warren was a really attentive host offering a large selection of places to eat and drink which took the pressure off of me having to do that before I came. I would highly recommend this place for a stay a little gem in the heart of the city.

Lovely modern, clean and spacious flat with everything you need. Great communication from the hosts including very clear instructions and map. Perfect place to stay for events at Rookery hall, we’d happily stay again.
