We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

Joe was a great host. We were able to check in early and the apartment exceeded our expectations. It looks great in the photos but was even better in person.

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Thank you Caroline for your hospitality and friendliness.

We came with a group of friends and a 2-year-old. The garden flat is stunning and surpasses the photos. Jane and Mark were so easy to communicate with and we really loved the small touches to make our check-in comfortable. They left a travel cot and some children’s books for our friend’s daughter. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely come back!

I expected nothing less from Hazel! Cozy neat apartment with immediate supplies for your first morning. Fully equipped kitchen and an en-suite shower room made me feel right at home. I would highly recommend a visit.

A brilliant stay - clean, modern and bright, and in a great location just above The Lanes. A vibrant bar outside and the rest of the city within walking distance. A great communicative host, contacted us early to offer early check-in. Modern rooms and amenities and a compact, calm environment. An easy stay and I hope to stay again!

Huge space, duplex home across two floors with large bedrooms, lounge and superb kitchen. Value for money was excellent considering it’s in the heart of Old Portsmouth. Perfect location!

Fantastic long weekend for two pals visiting the fringe festival and catching up with other friends. Loads to do and see, and brilliant food and drink choices. I think this is a perfect place to visit Brighton and Hove (actually).

From the booking to leaving, the process was so easy. The house was amazing, perfect for our family stay away for a wedding and it felt like home from home. The welcome pack was very well received and a very welcome visit from Mark to check everything was OK for us. It's these personal touches which makes Mark an outstanding host. If ever we need to stay somewhere in the area again, we would have no hesitation in booking this accommodation again

It was my first time using Air b&b and the hosts made it such an easy experience. Lovely house for our whistle stop tour.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

We stayed across the 2 apartments as we had a big family get together. The location was perfect for access to the beach and high street. The balcony was lovely, but unfortunately we didn't use it much as the weather wasn't great. The kitchen, living area in flat B was perfect for us all to be able to eat and relax in. The beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are large, and with plenty of bathrooms. Perfect for our stay.

Lovely home suitable for families or groups. Very close proximity to the beach and 5-10 mins from East Wittering. We especially enjoyed the garden space and the open plan kitchen/living area. Esther was a fabulous host who made everything easy and straightforward. We had a lovely break over the May Bank Holiday.

The house was immaculately clean. All the equipment and furnishings were really well looked after and of good quality. Lovely bedding etc. There was plenty of ‘nice to haves’ such as lots of games, water sports equipment and bits and bobs in the kitchen. Would recommend as a base for a large family or two medium sized families away together. We were a group of 12 women celebrating and we all had comfortable accommodation. The garden was really peaceful and pleasant - we had our lunch one day on the patio. It’s a great location for very easy access to the beach and some lovely walks.

Beautiful apartment with amazing balcony and views to the sea. Lovely facilities and pretty good location only around 25 minutes from station and 20 minutes from The Laines. Bars, restaurants and shops at top of street within few minutes walk. Some noise from local pub (located across the lane but it was Friday night) but this dropped after about 11. Wished we could have stayed longer and would definitely return. Thankyou!

L’appartement est parfait pour accueillir une famille de 4 personnes, il est très agréable et très bien situé : à 15 minutes à pied de la gare, de nombreux pubs, des boutiques et la plage à proximité. Les lits sont confortable et le quartier calme. Je recommande!

Deuxième séjour chez Philip au Old Photographic Studio. Tout s’est une nouvelle fois parfaitement bien passé, nous adorons le lieu et son atmosphère ! Philip est très accueillant et d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle. Notre avion a eu beaucoup de retard et il était malgré tout là tard dans la nuit pour nous accueillir. Le logement est d’une propreté impeccable et parfaitement équipé, la vue sur la mer est fort agréable. Nous avons déjà hâte d’y retourner !

This was my fourth time to stay at Dan’s apartment & I keep on returning because it feels home from home for me & my partner! This time we were lucky enough to have supper at Busby & Wilds, which is only open from Thursday through to Sunday. We would definitely recommend eating there, but it’s a pity that it is only open at the weekends. Here’s to more stays at Flat 2, No 10, Sussex Square in the future!

Excellent with kitchen supplied with basics, which were not expected. Spacious facility. Towels, linen, bedding all excellent. Easy to get to Portsmouth tourism highlights and in a quiet neighbourhood.

This is a really lovely, grownup and charming apartment. Laid back style that nevertheless is polished with all the little touches that make a stay memorable. It has everything you might hope for, the little balcony on the first floor is perfect for a quiet morning coffee with a view of the sea at the end of the road. The private terrace of the master bedroom was lovely for late night stargazing wrapped in the beautiful wool blankets provided. The lounge is cosy and the kitchen has everything you could ask for if you decide to cook at home. The bedrooms are great - just as photographed - and everything has a high-end polish throughout. Finally, the apartment was really quiet. Its proximity to the beach is a big bonus but its overall location, with lovely cafes an artisan bakery and corner shops is great. It’s ideally situated for an easy walk into town, or along the beachfront towards the pier. Thank you Renny - It was a great stay.
