We had a fantastic stay at Jonathan's place. The place was better than described and super clean. Host was very responsive. The apt is right by the entrance of the Garden of the gods, minutes from Manitou Springs( such a cute little town) and Coralado City. There were deer that visited the property most days. The area is so beautiful and this place was truly a treat. There was a humidifier which was so helpful, with the super dry air as we were coming from a state with much higher humidity.

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

My boys and I stayed over 2 months and loved it! Emilio was such a great host with his warmth and kindness. He welcomed us and we had so much freedom and peace in this apartment. it was my first time using AirBnb and he made it such a great experience!! We loved the privacy, how much there was to do and the safety! also, this apartment was the perfect layout for us! we hosted a family cookout twice and my oldest son had friends over to enjoy the space one Sunday and everyone enjoyed it. Katie's place was very safe and comfortable. The house was exactly as described. It is older so the creaks were there. But it was the perfect spot to ring in the new year.

We walked into a beautiful place to stay that felt very welcoming. Our stay was for 30 days from late Jan. to Late Feb. We got a fantastic winter rate $$. The living room is cozy with a couch and an electric fireplace with a large tv. The kitchen is full size with assorted appliances to use. Loved the welcome basket and coffee. The booklet provided was great with all the local places to shop and eat. It also included all the instruction booklets for the appliances and heaters which came in handy. The bedroom is large and has the best most comfortable bed ever, with the best pillows and bedding. The bathroom is a game changer, with a full size walk in glass shower. The laundry room had a stackable washer and dryer, with a place to set your luggage and shelving galore. This place was well thought out. Loved the location being in a private area. We enjoyed going out each day and exploring the area. I would highly recommend staying here. This place is a lil hidden gem!

Nick’s home is exactly as pictured and very very clean and well kept. It shows as new. He also goes the extra mile with nice furniture and comfy beds. Stayed a whole month while moving from Home A to Home B and needed a AIRBNB for the gap period while I closed on the new home. He’s very responsive to any issues. Lives like a traditional apartment with full size appliances including washer and dryer. Cooking is a breeze and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware. Most major fast food and restaurants/stores are less than 10 minutes by car.

Beautiful views!! My family of four was comfortable here. Kitchen is well stocked and bathroom has plenty of towels. Easy access to Old Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs.

Perfect location to enjoy all the area has to offer. Everything seems to be within a 15 minute drive. Beautiful views. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Especially enjoyed the evenings sitting on the balcony. Kim was very responsive and friendly to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Wendy’s home was even better than we anticipated. 2 living areas, 2 full bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and great views of the mountain. She was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again!

Can’t recommend this location enough if you are planning any outdoor activity on the mountain - literally across the street from the Cog, Barr Trail and the Incline, and walkable to everything downtown. The home was cozy and spacious, with all necessary amenities provided. We had the best girls weekend!

The home was beautiful with plenty of space and incredible with being allowed to have both my pups with us. We had a blast thanks to Chris giving us the opportunity to stay there with my 2 dogs. If I ever visit again with my dogs I hope I’m am lucky enough to come back! Couldn’t be happier with our visit!

My family and I had the best stay!! Angela was super helpful throughout the whole process, from booking to check out. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and it had a magnificent view. Loved it!!

We stayed for one night 4 adults and a baby. It was great experience, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and in the bedrooms. There was even essentials in the bathroom. We definitely will come back! Thank you Gina❤️

The "blue gem" was a wonderful and comfortable place to stay during our trip to Colorado Springs. The beds were AMAZING! They were super cozy and comfortable, especially after an active day walking and hiking. Everything was very clean and well taken care of, and for us it felt like a home away from home! Erika was super welcoming. Would and will 100% book for our next stay in Springs.

The location was great for walking. Very quite and private. Jimmy was very helpful and extremely responsive. The house was great and the views are great. An all around great location and size.

My wife and I enjoyed our time at Emily’s home. We had no issues with our stay. The house was beautiful and the hot tub was hot. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Emily was extremely fast and polite with her responses.

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment-one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. It was loaded with supplies-dishes, extra blankets, comforters, cleaning supplies, towels, etc. It was comfortable-both inside and out. A bonus was the outdoor patio looking out onto the peaceful yard and open areas. The apartment has a full size kitchen with full size appliances, comfy furniture and bed, lots of space and storage. We just stayed a weekend, but I could see how someone could comfortably stay for a while. Dennis was a great host, very accessible and responsive. We highly recommend this place, which was convenient to many restaurants, shops, the highway, etc.

The mountain views from the balcony were absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures! The place was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back.

Clear instructions were given for check in and check out, making it unnecessary to contact our host after checking in. We had everything we needed! The beds were very comfortable and as was the temperature in the apartment during our stay. The thermostat was easy to adjust as needed. Great price for the location and comforts!

Pam was so sweet and friendly. She reached out to me the day before to welcome me and give me instructions. She made it easy to check in and reassured if I had any questions to just call her. Upon arrival she was doing laundry and welcomed us in. Her husband was also very kind and made sure our parking was accommodated since we had little ones. They were both so nice and made us feel comfortable. The location was also great. We loved seeing the deer cruise in by.

This would be my # 1 Airbnb in col springs to stay at for short or longer term stays. Such a cool place in nice neighborhood in the mountains. Close to Cheyenne state park and other trails. As for place itself, great kitchen area to cook/do remote work, stone shower that is very relaxing, bed was super comfy with nice pillows and I’m picky sleeper. Nice patio area, saw several deer during my stay and nice view of stars/moon/mountain. billiard table and nice home entertainment system with nice furniture. Jennifer was very friendly host with great local recommendations. Always responsive if I had any questions. Great quality and Value Airbnb!

Very peaceful with back porch and furniture to enjoy it. Saw plenty of deer throughout the week in the yard and neighborhood. Best part was seeing the bear and the cubs on during the week. Mark was very responsive and sent a message when he was back in town as well as checking in on how my race went. Had suggestions for things to do. Nice park about a 1/4 mile from house with plenty of trails to walk and run. House was clean on arrival and had everything described. With you in the basement, I would take the basement photo out; but it was clearly communicated that basement was occupied by you.

Great location, so close to everything you might want to do in Colorado Springs? The outside patio was lovely to sit out on a nice warm evening. Make sure you fully read the instructions about getting in
