Accommodations are suitable for a single person or couple visiting Asheville for vacationing pleasure, business or both. Located in a quiet neighborhood less than 4 miles from downtown and there is access to the Blue Ridge Parkway without a single traffic light. Private and secure entry is separate from main home. Spacious living room with fireplace and streaming TV for lounging. Kitchenette with self serve coffee, microwave and minifridge. Parking is easy and only steps away from the door.

Private entrance and located on a quiet, residential street (you can hear the crickets at night). The studio offers everything you'll need for a comfortable stay: queen bed, new bath, plush sofa, table for two, and other thoughtful amenities. Your pup will be allowed upon approval. A $75.00 non refundable pet fee will be applied after approval.
